Was there for a quick stay. The front desk staff was friendly. However breakfast was over very quickly and the breakfast staff was extremely rude as my kids were trying to eat breakfast.

Room was average, it was clean enough.
Staff was very nice and helpful . No complaints at all with the staff . Front desk was superb.
What was so disappointing was the breakfast. They say from 6am to 9 am. I arrived at 830 am and there was 1 sausage link.(YES 1) so I asked if any more was going to be getting served and I got a big NO. Basically all they had left was scrambled eggs and they were a 1 out of a 1 - 10. Breakfast was one of the main reasons i chose this hotel. I am a type 1 diabetic so breakfast is very important . But overall there is nothing great about this place. For 560$ for 2 nights is absolutely absurd so overpriced. Only because Jordan Davis had a concert on Friday night. Many more better places in the same area.

Our stay was great the place was great. Our room was awesome however, only one elevator worked.
And would’ve liked to have had a microwave in our room

Our management team has been discussing the possibility of getting rid of the distinction between the basic and standard rooms, as the only difference between them now is the microwave, and we would like to be able to offer them to all of our guests since the difference between them both in features and in price is so small and not really worth the distinction. Having this feedback helps us make decisions like this so that we can provide the best experiences possible for our guests. I would also like to apologize. We have been working with our owners trying to get our second elevator back in service, but it has taken a lot longer than we anticipated and we are deeply sorry for all the inconveniences it is causing for our guests. Everything was great but we were fighting beetles the entire time. Breakfast was good i have no real complaints.

We had to wait 10 minutes to get checked in at 4 PM. Only one staff member working Reception Desk and she was on the phone assisting customer making reservations.

Best Choice!
It was clean, safe feeling, well accommodated, well priced, friendly and an all around perfect experience.
去赫尔希酒店参加会议，睡得很好，早餐也很美味，泳池非常干净。
位置不错，当时正在装修，但即便如此，入住体验依然很愉快。就这个价位来说，非常值得。
物超所值……应有尽有……步行即可到达当地酒吧、餐厅和一些商店。还提供免费早餐，所以没什么可抱怨的。
员工还可以。房间干净，但非常陈旧。
这家老酒店真的该彻底翻新了。
