We had to wait 10 minutes to get checked in at 4 PM. Only one staff member working Reception Desk and she was on the phone assisting customer making reservations.

The staff were friendly and helpful, guests were quiet. The hotel is tucked back from the main road so it has a nice vibe. We were greeted by a deer and ducks upon arrival. Check in and check out were fast, no issues. The room was clean and comfy. They're were plenty of vending machines (didn't use them but it's nice to have the option). 24 hour coffee bar and free buffet breakfast. The location is near shopping and restaurants, which was helpful because the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. We stayed one night for a concert at Hershey Park. If we're in the area again, we would certainly stay there again ( though i might see if there are rooms with couches for watching tv comfortably)

Stayed for a night. Staff was friendly and room was clean. The room itself was a bit humid but the AC helped. Parts of the room/hotel in general were quite dated (old toilet, a little peeling in bathtub, carpets a little grungy) but everything was clean to the best it can be cleaned. Breakfast had a nice variety. Fine for a one night stay.

The property was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My son and I were there for a concert so we weren't able to take advantage of the pool. The room was clean and for the price on a Saturday night it was perfect. Ride share to and from Hershey Park was easier and less expensive than I thought it would be. I would definitely recommend staying here. I would stay there again.

Great proximity to Hershey Park. Very clean, nice staff.

One issue- the elevator was VERY, VERY slow. Literally a 10 minute wait. We started using the stairs- to the 6th floor.

I didn’t receive the suite that was shown in the pictures. Tha front desk staff told me it was because i booked it through ******* and they did not have the right information. So i didn’t get the accommodations I was looking for. I won’t be returning.
