Room needed paint. No hot water for a day. Ice machine did not work at all and staff said kitchen didn’t have any either for the entire 3 days of our stay.

酒店回复: Mr.Kempton, The hot water was turned off for a few hours one morning due to a leak in the laundry room but it was all back up and running later on the same day. We do apologize if this effected you however we had no choice but to fix the issue. As for 3 days this should have been told to my front desk the next am as we had hot water all around and I am not sure why the staff would say this so I will look into this, the source of the leak was a pipe to the ice machine and through the wall to the hot and cold water in the back of the property which did in fact put the ice machine down as well. The room was clean, but the beds felt like we were sleeping on plywood. Most uncomfortable mattresses we’ve ever experienced

Surprising Bathroom-Beware Room
Almost no toilet paper in room upon check-in (about 1/4” on one-roll) That’s a HUGE inconvenience. Also, dirt and urine build-up on outside of toilet bowl was visible.
3 signs for Ice-machine/Vending locations led to locked-doors. Front desk then directed me to go to the laundry-room where the ice-machine was located. That door was locked too, and although my room key turned the lock green, the door didn’t open. So, ice was not available to me at all.

酒店回复: Our apologies Randy we recently in the last 2 weeks renovated our back guest laundry room and moved our ice machine to that area to protect from the winter elements where it was located and have ordered signs, your key should have let you into the guest laundry at all times to get ice, I will for sure take a look at this. The problem we had was the beds. We rented 2 rooms both with queen beds and neither my husband or I could sleep the mattress was so bad and my sister in the next room over slept but had to take Advil she was so achy with the bed. How was it, baby?

Shower was very hard to use, had to ask staff how to use it! Coffee maker didn’t work, towels were very thin, bathroom ceiling had mold on it! Left after one day was supposed to stay one more day but wasn’t about to fight with the shower handle. Stayed there because ratings on your site said it was great!

Couple in md 80's asked for a floor when I made reservations. When we got there only 1 room left on ground, the furthest from everything as one can get.
Lowest toilet I've ever seen, except in Japan, where they had squat toilets. Bathroom, so tiny..
