The room was clean. They say they're pet friendly. But they charge $75 a night for a pet (and my pet is all of 4 pounds and does not shed!). I could board my pet for $40 a night. And that means I do not have to care for the pet. I don't think that kind of charge is pet "friendly". Pet rip off would be more accurate.

酒店回复: Being pet friendly, as all Hilton properties now are, doesn't mean there is not a pet fee. Additional cleaning services are performed in the room to prevent allergies for those allergic to pet dander. The fee is $75 for 1 to4 nights and $125 for 5 or more nights. I am sorry you were disappointed.

The staff was excellent and really friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and conveniently located. My minor complaint is that I wish the water in the shower was hotter but that’s minor. Overall we had an excellent experience
