We were in town for a concert in Hershey so the location was great and the hotel was also great…would stay again.

We had a really nice time! The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great! The pool was clean and relaxing! Our room was nice, but you could definitely see the wear and tear from years of use. Our room was only cleaned 1 of the 4 or 5 days we were there. Other than that, it was a really nice stay. The location was perfect since it was only about 15 minutes from everything we did! Would definitely stay again.

Me and the cousins was up there for the Hoozier show Friday and won slayer show tickets for the next night. We went back to the room. And ordered Taco Bell as we were very hungry

The room was very spacious, clean, and updated, and the included breakfast was very adequate including hot options as well. We will definitely stay at a Comfort Inn and Suites again when traveling.

Issues with hotel issues
The phone in the room did not work. The toilet almost overflowed, and we couldn't call the front desk from the room. They never fixed the phone. Room smelled of something I couldn't figure out what it was. When checking out, no one was at the front desk for some time because other people's room keys were just left on the front counter. This meant that if someone came into the hotel, they could grab a key go to the room, and do who knows what they could do to the room, and the only information would have been mine. And then you would complain to me and possibly make me liable for any damages I did not cause. Not a good policy for front desk staff. I probably not use a Comfort Inn again.

When we checked in there was nobody at the front desk. It took him awhile to come out from the back. We were saying hello is anyone there. We noticed anytime people were checking in they had the same issue. There was never anyone at the front desk. Actually the nice girl from the breakfast area came over and called in the back to get someone to come to the front desk so I can check out. Any hotel I have been to there is ALWAYS someone at the front desk, and if they are not they always come out when u walk up to the desk. Other then that the hotel and breakfast was very nice.

Staff friendly and helpful. Standard hotel amenities and bonus with the sitting area in room but really need a refresh. Looking worn. Bathroom sink slow to drain. Hallway walls scratched and scuffed.
