I purchased for my daughter’s wedding night. They could not have been more accommodating. Allowing to check in early and get the key prior to the wedding and had a beautiful complementary set up upon their arrival.
As always, the Ritz Carlton is 2nd to none!

Beautiful area but service was off! Room cleaning never happened unless we called! $700 a night room not worth this price....
Service in bar and restaurant was excellent, valet was wonderful. Service for room cleaning was not good.

Wonderful Quick Getaway
This was a wonderful quick anniversary getaway. The entire staff at the Ritz made it so special. We did a couples massage at the spa and it was lovely and they also had a special anniversary gift for us. Once we got back from the spa the surprises kept coming, a bottle of champagne was sent to our room. This hotel really knows how to make a special occasion feel even more special.

Wonderful couples get-a-way!
What a beautiful property! We enjoyed the spa, walking on the grounds, the on-site restaurants, and the lake. The staff was so accommodating and we enjoyed our 3 day stay.

房间里很冷，恒温器也很难控制。我们从大堂走到房间走了很长一段路，却被告知没有其他房间了。吸取了教训，以后要找个更近一点的房间。有一天晚上我们去Gaby's吃饭时，高尔夫球车出了问题。工作人员优雅而高效地处理了问题。

服务太差了。12点到的，里面人很多，却没人招呼。不知道该去哪里停车，后来发现只有代客泊车。行李搬运服务根本不存在。房间太小，淋浴坏了，不推荐
美丽的庭院、泳池和湖泊。然而，就价格而言，我觉得服务有点奇怪，而且很一般。前排座位和礼宾人员不太友好。餐厅也令人失望。
