Chose this hotel because of indoor pool & hottub. The hot tub was filthy green & the pool was murky with towels on the floor of the pool. The escape door was rusted & had a large hole letting in cold air as well.

We stayed closest to the side entrance, two rooms away. It is usually only accessible via key, however the key pad was turned off so anyone off the busy street could gain access. Huge safety concerns with the location being in a very busy part of town with a very large convenience store across the street

Whoever had the room next to us had their TV on loud all night long. Then, the person that was working overnight had fallen asleep at the front desk and I took a picture of it.

I am not sure if it is a culture clash but that adjustment from them can make a HUGE difference.
