Staff courteous. Serviceable and helpful. Security was the watch word. Making sure belongings are not tampered into. Could do with a conventional breakfast. Something small to start the day. Thank you housekeeping for clean linen

I’ve been in this room for a week with no heat keep getting the run around I would like a refund or a free night I pay my hard earned money and I’m homeless I expect heat in my room an not lies about getting it fixed I’ve asked to change rooms and everyday I’m bsd

Room was not great. Found 2 cockroaches. The people that worked there are extremely nice. Get what you paid for I guess.

Disappointing stay. There were visible burn marks on the curtains and bed cover. The sheets didn’t seem clean at all, and the bathroom only had one very small soap.Needs better cleaning and maintenance.

A lot of roaches smh I couldn’t stay. They were all over smh no need to ask to change room. SMH you get what you get. Just way different than b4.

Clean room but toilet was clog and room key only works a few times. Great place will stay there again

Poperty in the middle of renovations. All new mattresses and dresser/desks. At the time of stay only ice available was at front lobby. Decent free breakfast options-nothing special.
