Never got new towels. I have expensive clothes and I do not wash with hot water. They had the hose switched and the manager said “that’s not my problem” I asked who to talk to about this and he wouldn’t tell me. He literally refused to help me. He then swapped the hoses himself and said it’s cold now. I said the washer already fillled up it’s a done deal, he wouldn’t even give me 4 quarters back for THEIR mistake. If I pay to stay here. I ont expect to do maintenance as well. Not to mention. Nothing is up to code

I was there for only 3 days and found the room floors had never been swept or even close to it, and bathtub had scrum and leftover hair on the side of the tub, the toilet seat was unstable, person could far easily fall off.Front desk person is hard to understand during a conversation.The only plus was parking it was properly lit.

There was no shower curtain. I called down to the lobby and they said something about housekeeping. But nobody ever came.
