The staff was supported butbthe room was neglected. The hallway had a bad smell, the room kitchen cabinets had a broken door, the shower rod was very losses and the carpet needed replacement.

It was a inexpensive room and we only needed it to sleep so it was fine. We wish we had known there was no breakfast

Breakfast was advertised but they only served coffee, with powdered creamer and only caffeinated tea. That is not breakfast! False advertising. We were upset. We also had to ask for a blanket! Staff was friendly, room fine. We will not return

Room felt neglected overall and only had 2 top sheets as cover for the bed. Got pretty cold in the night. I guess I expected more.

远离这家酒店
这家酒店老旧凌乱。梳妆台破旧不堪,毛巾杆几乎挂在墙上。冰箱和微波炉也破旧不堪。浴室门把手掉了。房间里没有吹风机。外面草坪上到处都是烟蒂。我经常出差,以后不会再住这里了!
前台员工要求我支付“50美元押金”,而我其实已经提前几天付了款……员工说我必须刷卡……不能用Apple Pay……或者我可以给他50美元现金,这完全不合理,而且很可疑。酒店周边地区并非市区安全区域。房间还行,没什么特别的,但还算实用。进房间后,我不得不回到入住柜台,因为不知何故电视遥控器没电了。对于一家号称“品质”的酒店来说,真是太不方便了。
酒店需要更好地清洁,修补房间墙壁上的孔洞,或许还可以粉刷一下。马桶看起来好像还没洗过。
一切都过时了,不符合标准。床极其不舒服。一块小肥皂只能供三个人使用。
我唯一不喜欢的是早餐,有松饼、饼干、咖啡或茶、燕麦片。当它应该是不同的东西时。除此之外,这个地方超级好而且安静。
