Each guest also receives a complimentary bottle of wine in their room. While we’re happy to provide this small gesture, we were surprised to see a complaint about the type of wine provided—after all, it is a free amenity.We strive to balance comfort, sustainability, and thoughtful touches for our guests, and our team works hard to provide a high-value experience within the context of market demand.
