The room was so dirty that when walking in room with bare feet, they were black from dirty floors. There was mold in the bathroom. Would not chang sheets for 2 weeks of staying. Did not supply any dishes. I had to get my own from storage. My service animal was charges $28 dollars a day. The staff was so rude that we will never be back there again.

Worked great for a couple weeks in between housing. Staff was very friendly and free breakfast was nice and could cook a little in the room which helped.

The staff was excellent, and they accommodated us very well. The bed was hard, and the pillows weren’t great. The room was very clean, as well as. The bathroom.

Good for a quick and short stay only.
Me and my wife travel down to celebrate my sisters birthday the hotel itself was decent parking can be a little bit scarce at times almost as if they don't have enough parking spaces to accommodate the amount of rooms and guests they have. The staff was friendly. The Hotel itself is in need of a serious remodeling. The room seemed clean except the floors, old carpet visibly in need of cleaning and when walking around in your room please do yourself a favor and wear some house shoes or some thick socks you don't care about. If not the bottom of your feet will be black and dirty. Water pressure in the shower is very low and the shower head is also outdated and in need of replacements.
The complimentary breakfast is pretty much a joke it's basically brand bars, blueberry and chocolate chip muffins, powdered cocoa, and coffee. Sometimes bottled water is available. The Wi-Fi is adequate, the kitchenette in the room is convenient, but the TV itself is a little small and could also be updated. There is no room cleaning available unless you go to the counter and make a request meaning if you want your bed to be remade with Fresh Linen daily you will have to remove the sheets and comforters yourself bring them down to the front counter and they will in return give you clean linen that you yourself must put on the bed. If you choose to cook something in your room you must go to the front counter and request pots pans and dishes also there is no ice maker in this hotel.

The floor was wet the entire time i slipped on the floor… and people actually live in hotel so it just feels uncomfortable

It was okay overall. Once issue was that we went down to exchange our towels for new ones at about 10pm, and the front desk said we couldn't do it until the morning. That was inconvienent as we understood that we could get new towels from 7am to 11pm.

I hated it. all of it. The receptionist wouldn’t let us check in even though their website says 18+ check in. We walked around and the only thing clean was the reception desk. Glad we did not stay there we would have gotten sick

The room was clean but did have a slight smell. The beds were comfortable. I would stay again. The best things was the service. The people at the desk were very nice. We left a bag at the hotel and they called us to inform us of this as quickly as they could. Lovia was there at the front desk and held the bag for us at the front desk. We were very grateful to get this bag back. Thanks to the staff!:)
