Despite the numerous signs about no smoking indoors, someone right next to my room was smoking inside. My clothes still reek of the smoke.

Parents Weekend 2025
We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the vast and only compliant has been key issues. This time the smoke smell was terrible we asked for the Ozonater to help with the smell and the smoke alarm started chirping in the night and did not stop. There’s in the living area would not stay in a position to see it had to use a pillow. The smell never went away and was strong and the last night the smoke alarm chirped all night! Does no good to call the desk since the person is by themselves and cannot do anything. Our keys did not work on the very back door and in the evening when I called to let in the desperation said could not help. Seriously! So last night when we had an 8 hour drive the next day. No sleep thanks to the chirping alarm. My husband reported all this and was told he would get a call from the manger but had not heard from yet. Will be staying elsewhere.

Where do I begin?
Arrived Thursday, water was running real slow, next morning, no water, shower, toilet, no water at all. Mind you I’m visiting in town for 5 days. Booked online, third party. So I don’t make a fuss about it, until I check out, because the staff kept telling me the manager will be here from 9am to 10am. Manager is sweet, offers me rewards points for a free night, sweet! But no, I expect my money back for the days the hotel had no way, if not all of it. Very dirty blankets, asked for room service at 10am, left for a family outing, called to see if anything was done, she said no, she didn’t get my request. I have a phone log, keeps times and dates of when I call. She didn’t have anything to say. Breakfast wasn’t great. One staff was real creepy, I come in with my family from the car, of course you need a keep to enter; which I have. We always take the stairs cause it was the second floor, right off the elevator. As we’re going up the stairs, he runs to see who we are, and I’m like “can we help you,” he’s like “oh, no.” What was all that for? That was very weird and it made my family feel uncomfortable. Great location, mall restaurants, but the staff is creepy, lazy, a lot don’t understand English. The rooms weren’t clean. Mold on chair, table, suites didn’t have sinks or wetbar. WiFi was slow. Pool closed. It was a lot going on.

Nice place
In a really nice part of town and it made it nice that it had a lot of stores around it. I think the cleaning could’ve been a bit better. I did find a few things in my room left over from guest, but other than that it was a great experience and everyone was very nice there.

Location for us was great but the water went out on the hotel building and we was inconvenient for 12 hours.

Worst experience!
This experience was terrible, my partner and I spend 30mins cleaning our room because it was disgusting, had to buy new bedding cause questionable stains everywhere, then the worst roaches! I mean like the stay we killed like 8 of them. They refused to give us a refund till we spoke to the manager but the whole stay she was “unavailable” everytime we called or walked to the front. So we were forced to stay because we didn’t want to miss out on the money we spent. We tried to avoid staying in our room to till we come back to have a place to rest our head. Man this truly ******. But I’m waiting to hear back from Someone to get accommodated for our unpleasant stay here.

Only problem I had was that the TV wouldn't work. Reported it to the front desk for 2 days. Finally got it fixed the 3rd day.
