Our door did not lock!
Had to pull the handle weird to get it to lock.. and staff knew. Did not feel safe.

This Hotel the Super 8 has Nothing Super About it
The room has only two lamps. So at night one side is totally dark. There are only two pillows on the bed. There is no closet or dresser just two small drawers to put our clothes an ancient miniscule and an ancient lilliputian sized microwave that didn't work much of the time. What in the name of Heaven are people paying for. The staff admitted the microwave is old. You need to unplug it and plug it in again. Like Betty Davis said What A Dump. It should be closed down

Less than average to be honest
The lady at the front desk was amazing very friendly. The rest was not that desirable. There was only one chair at the desk so no place to sit other than the bed. There was no microwave and some small muffins and juice for breakfast. Very unlikely that i would stay there again.

Door is not on properly so the room does not lock. Staff is friendly, but knew of the door situation already and not fixed. Very limited food option and unsecured internet connection.

Facility is out dated, dingy and seems dirty. The toilet is not level and the bathroom door handle is broken. The lamps in the room are rusted. The entire building wreaks of cigarette smoke and disinfectants. We were almost afraid to sleep in the bed.

Need alot of up dating could not take a bath,toilet rocked ,didn't see any breakfast but 1 little muffin.lots of dirtyness

Noisy
Okay first off the entire bathroom needs to be updated. The hair dryer I don't literally hold the plug into the outlet so that I could dry my hair because otherwise it would not work. Which by the way the hair dryers are basically from the '70s. The chair in our room look like something that came from the dump. The noise was terrible I could hear the people above us and around us. I think there should be a lights out time there so that all tenants know that it's time to go to bed. Woke up at 6:00 the last morning and I noise everywhere and I'm wondering if people even went to bed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hotel needs to be updated internally and externally.
