The bed mattress had a slump in it.
The room floors were so dirty that my new white socks were black on the bottom from walking in the room.
According to the internet there was supposed to be a breakfast and it was only 4 mini muffins

Bathroom sink was clogged so i was unable to wash face & brush teeth in the sink. When i told the room service made about it upon check out - she said management already knows.

I left that place because room was dirty and smells terrible went to different hotel LOST MONEY IN THAT PLACE

This place was in a convenient location. Free Parking lot adequate. WiFi weak. Price was cheap. Guess you get what you pay for.
Building appeared clean but is old and in need of repairs. The room doors and the outside doors did not lock properly. Drywall flaking deteriorated above shower and behind toilet.
Hairdryer did not work, bathroom mirror and metal table lamps rusty.
No drain plug in the tub.
Mattress saggy and noisy getting in and out.
Refrigerator worked but wobbled and no freezer section.
Heater /AC worked but could have used a clean filter.
Ice machine in hall appeared newer and worked.
Breakfast was only an offering of one kind of mini muffins.
Coffee was not readily available and there was no creamer or milk offered.
In room coffee packs ok.
Housekeeping was friendly and checked on what we needed every day.
Housekeeping did mention that the hotel was contracted for upgrades soon.
Hope so!
Despite the little room inconveniences we still enjoyed our vacation/visit in Richmond.

Air conditioning was broken. Room was dirty. Towels had hair from other guests on them. Area felt unsafe.

Our door did not lock!
Had to pull the handle weird to get it to lock.. and staff knew. Did not feel safe.

This Hotel the Super 8 has Nothing Super About it
The room has only two lamps. So at night one side is totally dark. There are only two pillows on the bed. There is no closet or dresser just two small drawers to put our clothes an ancient miniscule and an ancient lilliputian sized microwave that didn't work much of the time. What in the name of Heaven are people paying for. The staff admitted the microwave is old. You need to unplug it and plug it in again. Like Betty Davis said What A Dump. It should be closed down

前台女士非常友善且乐于助人。我给差评的唯一原因是酒店需要一些维修和翻新，洗手间的门是用胶带粘着的，摇摇欲坠，而且里面还有霉菌。
