We were awakened around 8am by loud voices in the hallway. It took a few minutes to realize it was housekeeping. They parked their carts on both sides of our door and stayed in the hallway singing loudly. The singing carried on so long that we couldn’t fall back to sleep. After checking the peephole, we realized she was in the room across the hall with the door open. Some people go to hotels and hope to actually sleep in, especially when check out isn’t until 11am. Housekeeping should consider this and try to be a bit quieter in the mornings.

Great place to stay in Columbus! Clean, comfortable rooms with a full kitchen, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Everything felt well-kept and organized. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The lock on the door did not function properly and would not lock at all. The bathroom door had some cracks going up the side by the handle as if it had been broken.

I am picky when it comes to hotels. I was impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of everyone and the facility. The check in was super easy. The staff were great. The room was clean!
