When we arrived at the property I was concerned. The outside of the building looked very rough and the building seemed to be on the edge of a rougher area judging by other parking lots/ buildings having fences and bars. The main lobby was also kind of dirty. However, when we got up to our room we were pleased with how the rooms looked. This property isn’t going to knock your socks off but I would be willing to stay here again.

Decent for the price. Tub was clean, air conditioner was in bad shape but still worked. Beds were not comfortable. Mostly pretty quiet.

Nice room. Staff was accommodating and polite. Some of the guests were suspicious and did a lot of walking around in the middle of the night.

Place is really run down, damaged AC unit, door entry unit, broken dresser drawer. Plus very hard to find and looked like there were street people everywhere in the area. Desk clerk was locked away, like there was ongoing danger of attacks or something.

Upon check in was informed that there would be a $50 deposit and refunded on leaving it in good condition. Room had a funky smell. The lamps looked rusty but it wasn't rust it was something sticky.

It's in rough condition. The tub had a rusty drain. The staff had a rough time with English. I was double charged on my Visa card. I'm checking this week to see if it resolves itself.
