I had to work and didn’t get to the hotel until midnight. There was no one at the desk to check you in. I called and had to wait 15 minutes and still, no one showed up. Lobby carpet was dirty walls needed painting place was terrible.

The hotel was dated and never saw housekeeping. The front desk would close and seemed like no one was on-site from 10 pm to 8 am.

This is the worst hotel I have ever encountered in this area. Its a stripped bare place with a kitchenette and no utensils or even a cup. Mold and mildew everywhere, no outlets to plug in a phone. Plugs/outlets behind the box springs of the bed. Ceiling in the bathroom was disgusting with brown droplets dried. They have used that counter repair paint to coat tubs, walls, sinks, etc. and its peeling. Dogs are allowed but the place is just nasty and cheap. Staybridges next door is about 3 steps above. If you plan to stay at Extended stay being your kitchen with you-including paper towels.

When I check in, Front Desk Stuff was unprofessional and unknowable. I arrive just few minutes before Midnight, room was booked Under my Name. I didn't have Driver Id, I had USA Passport. Front Desk Lady, told me I cant check in without Driver License , why??? After All day Traveling from Europe 22 hours, I was kicked out from Hotel, without any Reason. Left on the cold weather outside, very rude, unprofessional behavior of the Front Desk. Without Cell phone I was forced out and with all bags to walk on the very Cold weather outside, to go on the Gas Station to purchase Cash Card to go to another Hotel. After few Hours I came back and Front Desk Stuff told me I can book a room with USA Passport ??? Very Stressful situation without any reason!! Front Desk Personal without Knowledge, Rude and Unprofessional!!

工作人员非常出色。财产已经过时了。淋浴间的墙上粘着一些黑色的东西,我用抹布擦掉了。浴室里没有吹风机。价格合理的住宿。
