Customer service was lacking at check in. First room had many roaches. Second room ended up with a few roaches. Was neglected, dirty and had a horrible mildew smell.

Very noisy. Front office asked for $40 cash deposit. I guess he thinks he wants to pocket some cash. I have never been asked for CASH deposit.

The room had roaches all over. The furniture was broken and stained like they just pulled it out of a trash dumpster! The bathroom had an overwhelming urine smell with the toilet seat broken. Even the shower curtain rod mount was coming loose from the wall so the curtain would not stay closed and kept sliding open and water splashing out onto the floor. I am being completely honest about this and it's probably the worst condition I've ever seen a motel room be in! Totally disgusting!

Decent for the price & one night stay. The room we booked was clean, big and spacious. They are a non smoking hotel, but the sheets did have cigarette burns.
