While I understand some things are inevitable, especially with travelers in and out of the rooms, bugs happen. However when you find a bug and the front desk agent is uncooperative, but moves you to a room that the AC kept going off, and then you find mold on the ice from the ice machine. Additionally room was not cleaned ( trash taken out or vacuumed.) That’s completely unacceptable.

We have never stayed at a hotel that requires you to have a key to go to your floor. Very good for safety. The breakfast was delicious. Great place to stay.

Air conditioning was comfortable, parking was easy. We had a inconvenience with the room, about two hours of checking in and getting ready to go to my meeting, lights went out so we contacted from desk and we were giving another room. We had to wait to come back from the business to change room, and had to change room in the dark

Hot water went out, beds hard and breakfast was not good. This is a standard hotel with prices that match above standard hotels. There is not a complete sidewalk that goes all the way from hotels to surrounding stores, had to walk in grass field or along side of roadway. This hotel should never be over $70 a night.

They are still doing some renovations but it is clean and the people were very nice and the breakfast was good.

Check in was easy.. staff was very helpful and friendly.. they are under renovations so they’re is very little visuals of repair but the place is still upkept. It was nice.. room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable..

Convenient location, good parking, good for the price. Bathtub seemed to have a crack and sunk in the middle and staff took all wash cloths (used and unused) and used bath mat after cleaning room and forgot to replace, but otherwise nice stay
