酒店回复: Hi Jesse, great to hear you enjoyed our charming 1910 Inn and your room.We appreciate you letting us know you had a problem with the faucets. We did have our maintenance person check out the faucets and we were unable to replicate the problem you described and have not heard from any guests before or since experiencing any issues. Perhaps you are unfamiliar with traditional style two-handle shower controls. The general procedure is full-on with the hot and tweak the cold to get to the desired temperature. Maybe you were trying to adjust both hot and cold together which I can imagine would be a frustrating experience. We hope we can welcome you back on a future occasion, many of our rooms have single-handle shower controls which might suit you better.

Ty for the stay”—which suggests everything was fine and also confirms our messaging system was working. Had he reached out at any time, we would’ve gladly addressed his concerns, whether that meant adjusting the temperature, assisting with the shower, or even offering a complimentary upgrade to a more spacious room.We take guest comfort seriously. The thermostat is managed centrally to ensure a consistent and comfortable environment for the small cluster of rooms it serves. As our welcome letter clearly advises, if anyone ever needs it adjusted, a quick text or call is all it takes—we’re happy to help, anytime. We also maintain a strict schedule for replacing HVAC filters every two months and closely monitor room temperatures with dedicated sensors—his room stayed around 70F throughout his stay.The room Jeramie booked is our smallest and most budget-friendly option, clearly listed with exact square footage and accurate photos. It offers excellent value for a private ensuite room in the Napa Valley, especially when compared to other options in the area.We’re disappointed this guest left unhappy, but we also want to remind future travelers: if something isn’t right, please let your host know while you're still on property. Often, concerns can be fixed quickly and easily. When no communication happens during a stay, it leaves no opportunity for resolution—just frustration on both sides, and unfortunately, a review like this one.We’re always here to help.
