Near to the bus stops to the airport; line No.7. I t took 5 min.on foot. My travel plan was changed due to the delay of flight, but it's staff dealt the situation properly, and my loss was at least. I thank for them. If I must say something, I hoped a box of tissue paper in the room. No CVS around the hotel.

Bathroom was old, stain on tub bottom, mold in corner. Hair stuck to clean towel.
Carpet felt dirty.

The hotel was ok. If u just looking for somewhere decent to sleep with no frills. Compared to other downtown hotels. It could use an upgrade in decor and a building renovation. It was clean for most part. Bed was comfortable and clean. Customer service was lack luster but friendly.

We got locked out, staff did not want to call handyman since they were 2 hours out, we had to kick the door in. They charged for using the safe even though we did not for both rooms we got moved to

Check in was bad, It took over 40 minutes to get checked in. Parking is terrible and it cost extra!!!

很棒的酒店!非常适合在会议中心开会。相对干净,工作人员也很友善,很好沟通。
前台人员很友好有礼貌,会主动和客人问好。如果你要在希尔顿和凯悦的会议中心开会,那这家酒店的位置简直完美。
但酒店的建筑和装修确实很老旧。全天候都有机器噪音,听起来像是水泵的声音,没有耳塞根本睡不着。
房间比较安静,地点比较方便就在会展中心对面
除了Wi-Fi容易断线外,设施比较旧,但条件还不错。现在日元疲软,如果您要去会议中心,这似乎是唯一的选择。
