This is my 4th stay here at the Hyatt. I wish I could give 10 stars for a review!!!! Excellent customer service! Beautiful hotel! No complaints!!!...that's why I keep coming back!

Room was dirty. Stains on the sheets, remote and tv channel list. They came and changed the sheets right away. The staff was overall very nice but the room was just not clean.

A/C was putting out humidity- it was cool enough but the pillows and sheets felt wet.
Older furnishings but clean.

This hotel is in serious need of a remodel. The room gave me an ick feeling due to the yellowing curtains, outdated furniture and the room had a smell of feet and canned soup. The air worked but didn’t actually cool the room properly, and when it kicked on this is when I smelled CAN soup. I guess the previous person didn’t take his bag of trail mix and water that the hotel left as a welcome gift. The letter was written to him. The shower poured water on the floor due to the poor design which also made it difficult to enter the shower due the bathroom door opening in the way of the shower entrance. Those yellowing curtains were bad!

酒店边上出来就很多吃的。非常方便
方方面面都非常棒。房间很干净，员工服务周到，响应及时。早餐也很棒。

我们住了五个晚上，淋浴水温一直都只是略微有点热。健身房没有全套哑铃，有时也缺水。那里的早餐不错。酒店有点破损。价格还行，但以后不会再住了。
房间需要在客人入住后更彻底地清洁。我到达时，咖啡机里还有前一位客人留下的茶包。此外，面巾纸没有及时补充，很难取用。
