I stayed for 3 days. I did not know that you only refresh the rooms every other day. So no clean towels, coffee, etc.

The only issue I had was I couldn’t do early check in and my room the secure lock door was broke not safe

The representative Regina G. at this location made my experience wonderful. I spoke to her at the airport and was quickly accommodated with the shuttle. The check in was a breeze and hotels cleanliness was unbelievable. The representative and the drivers were excellent. I would definitely stay at The Four Points By Sheraton again.

We only needed an overnight stay, and it was very convenient and accommodating to our multiple events.

The hotel was ok at best. The deluxe king rooms have NO windows to the outside, it feels like you're staying in a small cave. Move to a King, regular room that had small window but the room is still very basic and cold. The people working a the hotel were very kind and nice.
