The Berkeley Hotel staff were very warm and welcoming . My room was quiet , and very comfortable .
I loved the spacious room with fridge, chair, work space and a small sink and coffee pot . I did use the valet service because I was new to this area . They were very accommodating .
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Berkeley Hotel and would definitely recommend this lovely hotel .

They warned about construction, but the drilling at 9 a.m. was ridiculous way too loud to relax. The room was dusty in spots and only had one robe even though it was booked for two. No housekeeping during my stay and had to ask for towels myself. For the price, the service and amenities just don’t match up. The place has charm, but it’s not worth it until renovations are done.

一家可爱的小酒店——我住的特大号床房间很干净，但光线有点暗，即使所有灯都开着、窗帘都拉开也一样。衣柜卡住了打不开，不过我也用不着，所以没什么大问题。床非常舒服。

一般般，房间很小，早餐很少。
房间里没有垃圾桶，也没有停车位，但除此之外，这个地方太棒了！房间现代又舒适。下次肯定还会住。
精致、迷人的酒店，有家的氛围
选择伯克利酒店入住10晚是正确的选择。
酒店比较有年代感，不同于标准的商务型星级酒店，公共区域不大，很有家的氛围，与里士满这座历史名城风格很搭。Ms.Star非常友善，保持对客人的关注，在入住期间中有任何问题都能及时得到解答，并且随时准备着解决顾客的难题。
预订了小套房，一晚后提出升级要求后及时换到了更加满意的阳台房，房型都很宽敞明亮，床品舒适，休闲工作区域设置合理。
特别要提的是酒店的餐厅，我在那里尝试了午餐、晚餐和几乎所有10天的早餐（除了周一休息），餐厅餐品实际的色味远超出酒店门口的展示牌，与主厨的交流令人愉快，餐厅的服务也令人满意。
酒店的位置可以便利的到达任何热门地点，步行可达河边和多个景点，如果不愿意走路，城市的公交系统运行高效并且免费，去到较远的short pump购物中心也十分方便。
总之，非常愉快的一次入住，给你在家之外有家的感觉。今后去到里士满毫无疑问将继续入住伯克利酒店。
