The elevators did not work and had to lug luggage up 3 flights of stairs 3 time to get everything into the room and was not even offered an addition discount for the trouble. My with my health issues and my husband with his. Then on top of that the refrigerator was not cool even on highest setting and could not store our insulin we needed to keep cold. We had to store it at a relatives home and go take it there every night before returning to room. No small freezer section that’s in a lot of hotels in the refrigerator either to freeze the cold packs needed for the travel container for our insulin either. Though I love the beds comfort, I am 4ft 11 and I have to bring a stool to the hotel to get up into the bed. Finally, there is no disposable big dirty clothes plastic bag like in many hotels. Only these little tiny bags that might hold 1 or two items.
Good pints were parking, friendly staff, clean and breakfast was great!

We stayed there one year ago and really liked the hotel, hoswever, this time our room had been totally updated. Fabulous shower, bed, and layout. Really love the window treatment shades. Staff is awesome, especially the ladies that take care of the breakfast area.

Internet connection intermittent. All staff did not speak English. Elevator and ice machine not working. I asked for a room with walk in shower, and room had a bathtub without safety bars.

I was given a handicap room, I did not need.
The ac/heating unit sounded like a plane taking off, luckly I was very tired and could sleep. Room was clean but lighting in seating area , well you need more. Couch had no lights near it.

This property is unsafe and poorly maintained. The elevator was making a terrible noise and operating erratically. We mentioned this to the staff and they said they had called the repairman already but he wasn’t coming for hours. It didnt occur to them to place an out of order sign on it.
In addition, the heater in the room was extremely loud, like a generator almost. Sleeping was difficult.
I chose the hotel based on the picture of a renovated lobby and the higher price of $192 so we could have a good travel experience. No resemblance to the picture. Had better stays at $100 places, which this place should be. Advice to the franchisees, maintain it or sell it to someone who can run a hotel.

Room was clean and quiet during stay. Half of the tv channels were with not working or was having pixel problems. Breakfast was ample with the eggs very watery the first morning. Staff was friendly.

For some reason we were in a handicap friendly unit, the shower hear was extremely difficult to get set up and was in a very awkward spot for anyone who isn’t sitting in the shower. Our room only was given a single towel and wash cloth. We did not ask for more since it was a single night but it wasn’t appropriate for two people. Breakfast was good but could’ve used some variety and better lay out set up. You had to reach over food to get utensils and condiments.
