The parking lot was lit and felt very safe. The furniture in the room was a bit uncomfortable. The rooms were clean but a bit worn.

The staff at the hotel is top notch. The front desk got us set up and to our rooms quicky and also handled an additional request for an extra blanket just as quickly.
The breakfasf buffet was the perfect way to start the morning with a variety of cold and warm foods.
My one issue was with our room. I've stayed at this La Quinta Inn every time I visit Lancaster and this time i found a few issues with my room.
The bed was very uncomfortable. I found myself tossing and turning all night. The mattress had an indentation in it where most folks sleep so you wind up rolling into it when sleeping. It's probably time to switch out that mattress for a new one.
The TV gave me issues as well. My kid wanted to watch cartoons, and while i was using the remote to change the channels the TV became stuck on channel 31. The remote was fully fucntional but it would not let me off that channel. I even tried to reboot the tv by unplugging it for 10 seconds to force a reboot. That did not help either. Finally i tried to use the TV's manual buttons to change the channel and that did not work. At this point i gave up.
My last issue was with the room's main door. With the door fully closed it let a lot of light through the doorframe from the hallway. Not good if you get up in the middle or the night to use the restroom.
I think we just had a room with multiple issues and that will not stop me from staying at this hotel again.

Everything about this hotel and my stay there was excellent. This was my 3rd time staying there. I will be staying there on my annual visit to Lancaster in the future.

We have been going to this particular hotel for years. We haven't been there in a couple of years. It has really declined! As soon as we walked in the room we saw the TV was broken and leaning. Made the Mgr aware. He did offer a different room after telling us no earlier and we were already settled in. The room smelled musty and like urine. The hotel used to be very nice and clean. No longer. It needs a thorough, deep cleaning. To top it off, the HVAC system made so much noise that it sounded like heavy rain hitting the window. Needless to say, we won't be staying here again! (Also, they used to offer fairly decent soaps/shampoo, now you can barely work up a lather. The water pressure is poor).

Very disappointed the tv did not work at all and we were not told about it or compensated at all for it. As a family traveling with a 3 year old that’s an important part of a hotel room.

The shopping options are very varied. I lobe that the hotel was in the center of the places I wanted to go.

The property is clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast is provided 6 to 9 AM, and there is plenty of parking.

Good location and very clean.
The Parking area was safe and well lit. The room was very clean, although, the beds were very high and a little difficult to get on to. Good location.
