AC worked good and the room was okay but everything was a bit dirty. It also took a long time to check out, I had to call them on the phone to make them come to the desk and there was a long line. I did like the security at night since the area is pretty shady.

Had planned on a late check in so I arrived in the area when it was already dark and I'm glad I saw it at that time of night.The area is very sketchy. There were several people loitering outside which seemed really odd. It looked more like a short term apartment place than a hotel. I cancelled my stay immediately and had to find another place quickly. I don't ever plan on staying here.

Hotel was sketchy as heck.
The entire place has this weird combination of musty and cigarette smoke and fresh paint smell permeating through the whole place.
The smoke smell was faints and they're doing a decent job of trying to get it removed. Our hotel room though was a different story as the smell of someone smoking outside came in through the bathroom vent and made the whole bathroom smell of ********* smoke. It was so bad I actually asked to change rooms and kept the door to the bathroom shut. What was infuriating is that their first offer to try and fix it was to provide a couple of air fresheners. to the front desk guy's credit, I declined the air freshener solution and he was able to provide a new room. 2 days in a row while staying there we had a visit from police officers regarding something unrelated and I didn't want to have anything to do with it. In our first room the air conditioner was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep. But the second room we had a much nicer air conditioner and that went much better. The room was reasonably clean but there was always a faint smell of smoke somewhere and the whole area just didn't feel all that safe.
