Compared to many other extended stay hotels, there is no comparison!! The Extended Stay America at 6807 Paragon Place is exceptional. Not only does the entire staff make us feel like we are at home, but the attention to details are impressive. The kitchen supplies are offered without charging extra fees, from can liners to tissues, to pots & pans, dishes, flatware, which other hotels in the same category nickel and dime their customers. Any time If we were not satisfied, they would be graciously be attentive to resolving any issues. Not that we had any issues warranted, I personally had a small preference that was accommodated professionally, warmly, respectfully as well as followed up on to ensure I received what I wanted. Other hotels didn't show empathy or any compassion comparable to the service oriented staff at The Extended Stay. Not only is the price well worth it, the staff is top notch and can rival the service of any hotel. I personally have traveled to many countries, stayed at many hotels from 5 stars to 2 stars, with my experience traveling, I feel I can honestly access what this hotel offers. Without any ulterior motives for me to write this review. I know people may write reviews attempting to receive a discount or something free, I have already checked out and have my honest opinion from my experience staying. With this review I do hope others can experience the wonderful amenities and gracious staff lead by GM Mary-Ann Evans offers

Rude ppl in front desk and they act like they don’t want to help you & all the times we’re there there’s NO water running HOT AND the AC doesn’t work & they don’t want to fix it or accommodate you for their mistakes

It was an easily accessible property. It was clean. Walls are thinner so you can unfortunately hear louder guests at times. Staff was nice.

We booked a queen suite with a kitchenette and a pull out couch. The room had a weird odor. The size of the room was nice. The pull out couch mattress was in terrible condition and I had to go back to the front desk to ask for sheets and pillows. When using the shower, it sounded like you were about to fall through the floor. It made all kinds of creaky noises. The hotel was in a nice location and decent for the price.

It was a big surprise the utensils and cooling system functioned fine 24/7.The lovely behavior and readiness of staff made us to have a pleasure stay for two weeks. We will recommend this hotel for long time stay.
