My room was nice and clean and my bed was made and fresh towels brought every other day. My only complaint would be I had to stand at the window and wait for quite awhile for the girl to come check me in. It was around 9 pm and I had called to say I’d be late. I had driven 2 hours and worked 8 hours so would have liked a quicker check in.

Nothing at stay felt unsafe and the pool was nasty looking and we ended up checking out and going to another hotel. Will never go back there. And I will be asking for a refund for the last two nights

Honestly the staff made the stay great and the way they worked with me every time I extended the room while I looked for an apartment. Very sweet young ladies and the older gentleman was very sweet as well.

No housekeeping came for two weeks even after request , “non smoking room” but burn holes in the bed and smoke smell for 2 days.

Bad service
Had a reservation wed thru sun the person running front desk she was very rude she comes to my room walks in to tell me i needed to so i look at my itinerary shows i check on sun not sat so went to show her i ask her for corporate number she didn't give me and ghen she said i told her to come in how could i if i was asleep this was uncalled for i ether get a discount or refund

Our room was very nice. The room & bathroom were very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and the front desk was very nice. Only issue i had was the heater was broken and they gave us a portable heater instead of changing my room. Those heaters are dangerous.
