This is a great hotel. The owner Jay and his family are good people and will make sure you have a comfortable stay. I rented three rooms for four weeks for a project in downtown Richmond the commute is about 17 minutes. Plenty of restaurants close by, grocery store next door and anything you could need within two miles north of property. They take pride in giving you a clean comfortable room it’s evident how they take pride and care of the exterior and property. Housekeeping does a great job as well. You do see a couple negative reviews but you can’t please everyone, there are more positive than negative reviews. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

The room was hot when we checked in,then air conditioning was so loud we couldn’t sleep we had to turn it off and it was terrible

Every towel was stained with black, brown, or red. Made us feel that everything was dirty. Didn’t sleep well.
Won’t stay at an econo lodge again.

The whole place had a relaxing vibe, which made the stay even better, and the quality was better than I expected. Staff was friendly and efficient, which I always appreciate. We had a wonderful stay at EconoLodge! It's a great place for families — the environment is safe, quiet, and welcoming. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the overall upkeep of the property. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and budget-friendly stay with family!

I was driving from NJ to FL and the traffic was horrible so I stopped at this hotel. I thank the gentleman that checked me in and my room is really lovely and clean.
