酒店回复: We are sad to hear this stay did not go well for you. I was working with you the afternoon you arrived and we spoke about the steps. The room types booked were Bayfront Standard, I was able to find rooms close together with half the steps these usually have. Our larger rooms have very spacious bathrooms and full kitchens. Understanding you were traveling with your 102 year old mother I did my best as we were sold out. Each condo is individually owned and therefore at different stages of renovations and furniture upgrades. Air conditioning is hard to come by on the coast but with climates changing we have begun to explore different options to keep our guests comfortable. When you decided to stay elsewhere, you only mentioned the difficulty your mother was experiencing. Which I completely understood. I would like the opportunity to welcome you back in the fall or winter seasons so you can enjoy all the renovations and upgrades that are planned!

We had a very nice room with a view of Yaquina Bay. Even had a rainbow over the bridge on Sunday morning.

Kevin greeted us with a smile at check-in. Our room was perfect and had a beautiful view of the Yaquina Bay Bridge. It was raining otherwise we would have utilized the deck. Housekeeping checked in with us to see if we needed anything (towels, etc.). We will stay here again.

The room was very nice. Amazing view and minutes away from the historic bayfront area. Only thing i would change is the toilet was on the small side and could be updated.

Our favorite hotel! We love access to the crabbing dock, as well as the pool and hot tubs! This hotel has an older, charming feel to it.

Lack of proper parking abilities is ridiculously lacking for both regular and especially for handicapped and larger pick -up parking. Onsite manager and evening onsite staff were rude and non helpful to our needs for handicap parking. One example: husband parked where the staff told him to park, then they had him move it. The manager would not wait to let him back in the crab area, while he moved the pickup. When he asked if she could wait and let him back in. She told him it was his problem. She could of got him a key or waited to let him back in. If they exspect handicapped to park so far away from rooms they should offer a shuttle. We felt singled out and stressed.The manager gets a minus rating for customer care and service.
We may never come back or recommend this site again.
The check in was the best part of the onsite help they were friendly and helpful.
Also, a nice young man came around on day four to offer supplies which were lacking for our stay on check in. Like garage bags, dish washer soap and coffee.
There was a person parked in the handicapped area near our room. No placard. Or handicapped plate. They were not harassing them, like us. We had a placard.
Basically, they lack easy parking for dually and larger pick ups which pull boats long distance and have no concern for those customers. They do have a couple areas they could turn into special reserved parking for cuatomers like us. Motor carts where they could offer shuttle service.

The room was so hot it was unbearable. There was no a/c and a tiny window would not allow room to cool off. There was a door to balcony but it had no screen door and the area was swarming with huge flies. We asked for another room only to discover there is no a/c in any rooms. And they couldn’t find a room anyway. There was no way we could stay in that room

Disappointed
First off, I've never been to a hotel where the restaurant wasn't open every day. That was the first disappointment. Then we got to our room, and it was HOT. The blinds were open all afternoon letting in the full afternoon sun. It turns out they were broken. We had to leave every window open, plus the balcony door, to cool it down so we could sleep. Finally, they had the dumbest shower. Two showers with six heads a piece in the space of a standard bathtub. Yet the water pressure was low, so what's the point? Invest some of that shower $$$$ in blinds that close, please. I'm glad we only booked for one night.

Travelers should know that the pictures in the booking are not the property you will get, as each unit is individually owned and may not contain all the niceties suggested in the listing. In our case, the listing was outright misleading, calling a mini fridge, mini microwave and coffee maker a "kitchenette," There was no hair dryer, no closet, no dresser, and no bathroom rug either. WAY overpriced considering these issues. Definitely wouldn't stay again.
