The place was very clean and nice! Minor inconvenience, the room door had to be pulled shut completely! The facility in all was very nice for non resort style hotel. Breakfast was minimal but fresh and convenient. Lots of walking distance food options! We stayed for the off-road park nearby and lots of rigs with trailers, security seemed strong as well!

Only stayed overnight as a quick stop to sleep at for us to continue our road trip the next day. Front desk lady was super nice, room was very clean and was overall a great stay! Will stop here again next time I travel through

I liked how clean and quiet the room was. Also, the bed was quite comfortable.. The only negatives are the use of linoleum instead of carpet in the room (I prefer carpet), and there was no coffeemaker in the room, which is a negative in my book.

Andrea at the front desk (super friendly and helpful) sent us to her fave restaurant, Gondolier, which was fantastic.

For a budget motel it was well maintained and the staff was friendly. The pool area was clean, the towels could have been thicker but all and all definitely a nice place to stay

Very nice establishment. Well kept. My room was very clean. Front desk personnel was friendly and heloful. Told us sbout annual Chicken featival in Corbin for Colonel Sanders- KFC founder.
Breakfast fair. Biscuits extremely dry and cold. Saw mill gravy lukewarm. Maybe provide yogurt and Hard boiled eggs instead of biscuits and gravy. Belgium waffles were good and fresh fruit.

The breakfast left much to be desired. No bananas open lid on crockpot that had breakfast gravy. Basic cereal and bagels. Other than that satisfied with stay

Rooms are clean, staff always nice, we stay here every year when we come to London for our family reunion.

We had the misfortune of being stuck at this awful place for a week.
Staff was absolutely horrible. They treated us awful. The staff was rude from our very first encounter. We had a grocery order delivered and the hateful woman watched us the whole time with her arms crossed as we carried it down the hall to our room. She was clearly angry about it for some reason. We soon found out why they were acting so weird. They have a roach problem and she (the desk clerk) was living in the room right next to ours. We kept our room spotless and took out our own garbage our whole stay. We saw a few roaches every day, and one day specifically after housekeeping had came, I grabbed a fresh washcloth and there was a roach inside. This tells me the issue isn't isolated, as in, they're obviously in the housekeeping room too.
The pool is cold. If you look back at reviews as far as 2023 (as far as I went back to see), plenty of people have mentioned the pool heater hasn't been working. They obviously aren't concerned about fixing it if it's been years, but they still advertise an indoor pool. Not to mention it's absolutely filthy. Dirt settled all over the pool floor tells me it isn't being filtered either and hasn't in years. This place has no concern for the safety or health of their guests.
Every single encounter with the staff was awful. I was afraid to ask for a single roll of toilet paper.
Noisy. You can hear everything in every room and the hotel is 118ft from I75.
