DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. The non smoking room was absolutely disgusting with the smell of cigarettes. There was pee on the toilet seat, dried toothpaste all over the sink.
The “free breakfast” wasn’t out at 8 when it’s advertised from 6-9. We only stayed here to begin with because of free breakfast availability.
Will never be back. So disappointed. Would give zero starts if I could.

This property was very very dirtiest unhealthy environment I have ever been in my life it took four rooms before could find one that was still unacceptable but better than any other one to get through a few hours this facility definitely needs the Virginia health board to inspect and shut down

Amazingly bad!
The place had a rancid smell overall. There were roaches and we were bitten by unknown bugs. The first night they came and sprayed one of our rooms it took the smell away but it was back stronger in the morning. Second night we slept in the car. Our second room(we rented2) was ok the first night but had us gaging by morning this was our second hotel as the first 1 was the same we didn't stay and had to wait for a refund so at this place we couldn't afford to go to a third place.

DISGUSTING ROOMS, LACKLUSTER SERVICE, I WOKE UP TO LITERAL ROACHES CRAWLING ON ME. I WILL SLEEP IN A CARDBOARD BOX BEFORE I EVER STAY HERE AGAIN. NASTY. NASTY. NASTY!!!!

今天（7月12日，星期六）早上，Indu先生来过。他非常友善。我5点20分退房，他准备了早餐，让我和同伴可以吃点东西。他真是个好人。
房间门周围有很大缝隙，门闩勉强卡住，隐私闩松动，烟雾探测器缺失，浴室灯罩缺失，浴缸不排水，盥洗室水龙头出水量少或低，毛巾磨损严重。
我们需要临时前往里士满，因此，我预订了当天晚些时候的当天（不可取消）房间租赁，我们在晚上 6 点后出发，向北行驶了 3 个小时。当我们到达房间并打开灯时，墙上有活蟑螂，微波炉里/上面有死虫和活虫，床单之间有黑点（擦掉即可）。镜子和水槽上方的灯具没有灯泡，我们的无烟房的床罩包括床垫上的所有层都有香烟烧过的洞。我不敢放下任何物品，因为担心虫子会钻进去。我们离开房间，不到 4 分钟就回到了登记台。店员为我们提供了另一间紧邻第一间房间的房间（太恶心了，因为一个房间有虫子意味着另一个房间也有虫子），但拒绝退款，说必须通过 *******。我和丈夫离开后在街上找到了一家酒店，然后联系了 *******。我知道我订的是不可取消的房间，所以我联系他们主要是想投诉美国最佳价值旅馆的活虫活动和整体不卫生的住宿条件。他们让我等一下，然后客服代表联系了这家汽车旅馆，然后告诉我，美国最佳价值旅馆拒绝退款，因为他们“在这种情况下有自己的政策”。我以为通过 ******* 预订就可以避免这种情况？
