The staff (front desk, dining area) were amazing!!!
The rooms and overall condition of the hotel was not impressive, a little run down.

Room was clean and one of the most comfortabe rooms and bed I have ever experienced. The amenities and breakfast options every morning make this hotel worth more than their actual rates.

The hotel felt neglected, floors were very uneven and dangerous, smelt really bad, beds were really uncomfortable, elevator was sketchy. I thought comfort suites were suppose to be nice and comfortable and this place definitely was the opposite. Will definitely not be returning

There are no pet areas, so you walk your pet where ever you can. Some staff were friendly Just the front desk was poor. Its not as clean as it should be in all areas of the hotel.

DO NOT stay here. My husband woke up with huge bites on his head that are still healing a week later. We found bed bugs after inspecting the bedding. We notified the front desk staff and she showed no empathy and offered no solution. Additionally, the photos of this property make it seem clean and nice, it is not, it is dated, dirty and a totally different building than what is shown.

We enjoyed it the breakfast was on point, staff was very caring and professional, the room was good size, we literally had the pool area to ourselves the whole time. The only thing I could say bad would be the pull out sofa had food all on the bed and the hot tub was barely warm. Other than that a perfect stay absolutely enjoyed it and so did all the kiddos :)

Air Conditioning filters and A/C unit was filthy. I cleaned them in the bathtub in order to remove dirt/grime and eliminate the stale air smell in the room.
I appeared that the carpeting in our room had not been cleaned recently, maybe ever. It had an odor to it that reminded me of skunk.
The bed felt lumpy and I had difficulty sleeping. This property required that all sundry/snack purchases be paid for in cash...inconvenient for those of us who carry little to no cash and no receipt was offered at the time of purchase.
Staffing was adequate but not very attentive or friendly.
Although we have stayed at Comfort on may occasions while traveling, this property without doubt was the least appealing and maintained.
