I did not sleep most of the night since the next room had the TV going all night long. The family was nice, but they left the TV on all night with a relatively loud volume. The wall between rooms have little insulation so noise travels.
There is a lot of not so well-maintained little things that make a room feel comfortable. We noticed items repaired by others that performed poor work, and it shows with the condition of the entrance door, bathroom and shower. I was disappointed in the level of service of the property and room conditions for the money paid. Definite not value-for-money and I do not recommend other staying at this hotel. My apologies about the statements, but it seems as if upper management does not care about premise/hallway/room appearance based on customer perception from what they see.

No desk in room to put belongings, small vanity, plug in bathtub did not work. Very limited breakfast, no fruit, would not recommend to anyone. Have stayed here for many years, but will look elsewhere in the future.

The ceiling was leaking in the lobby, slippery floor,uncertified elevator, noisy HVAC, noisy bathroom fan,homeless hobos all over. Didn’t bother with breakfast and I just wanted to leave.
Tried to connect to ******* Canada by phone with no success.
I can’t believe ******* would market this place and rate 4.8 out of 5.
It was terrible and I may look into a different website in the future for my bookings.

The room was clean. Comfortable beds and great breakfast! Excellent staff! We will be back again!

I stay here whenever I’m in the area. It’s always a clean room. The staff is always very courteous and most of all it’s quiet and restful.

The floor inside of the room when we first arrived was very dirty. We used a white towel (wet) to wipe the floor and as very dirty. The noise next to us and above us was beyond annoying. I do not think this hotel represents the Wyndham Corp name and is nothing more than an average 2-2.5 Star hotel.

The hotel is very old and outdated. The toilet had urine around it so it clearly had not been cleaned. Sink was clogged, grout was coming up in the bathroom. I had spilled water on the floor and wiped it up, only to see how dirty the floor was. This hotel just needs a complete remodel. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for.
