The perfect hotel for a family that doesn’t love th downtown chaos. Very clean with a great breakfast and truly some of the nicest staff I’ve encountered. I cannot wait to come back

The pool was great but the got tub was out of order. The breakfast was below average. The beds were comfy, the AC worked great. The staff was extremely friendly, location was nice. A great kids park less than 10 minutes away. Its worth checking out

Is my overall state was really good
I did not get a chance to use the gym or the water park. The only issue I had is when I asked for housekeeping. The did not vacuum the carpet or clean the bathroom floor.

Brandi at the front desk was incredible! She was so helpful, accommodating and friendly. She made our day and went above and beyond to make sure my kids had a blast at the waterpark with their cousins. I am truly grateful for the memories made!!
The staff here are amazing.

Family Trip
Our family took a weekend trip to Kansas City. From check-in to check-out it was a great experience. Our room was very clean. If you are going for the water park, the slide does only operate on certain hours of the day.

I went lasr week and was given a tour of the pool for mt daughters birthday party. I was told that they didn't book for parties. And for me to rent a double room through *******. Which I did. Yesterday I called to check and see how much extra pool passes were for the party guests. Which at that time I was told that I couldn't have the 7 year olds cake and presents in the room. And that I should have book the b party room . I was specifically told there was No option for a party room by Brandy on the day she gave us the tour. I had to cut her quest list in half juat 2 hours before the party.

Quick overnight stay, always my go to. I enjoy the hot tub, the staff is always pleasant.

这是我住过最糟糕的酒店了。房间里有脏毛巾，我打了三次电话才换到新的。我们是晚点入住的，所以计划第二天在水上乐园玩，结果却被告知退房后就必须离开，我女儿只玩了一个小时就被告知必须离开酒店，尽管早上工作人员还告诉我我们可以在这里待一整天。
