We had a great stay. Mattress was the most comfortable we have experienced at a hotel. Staff were very kind, friendly, and accommodating. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Sounded like a great spot for a vacation stay. Never thought the water park would be broken...it's the hotels calling card. Staff did their best with apologies but the week was not as anticipated or expected

The rooms were clean and staff was great!!! The pool was broken on my visit but I wasn’t there for the pool. The reason for the 4 star and not the 5 was the elevator sounded like it was falling apart while reaching the 1st floor. The hall way carpet on the 3rd floor seemed extremely filthy.

The hot tub was not working during our stay which was a big disappointment. There were never clean towels in the pool area.

Not bad fir a weekend
The stay was nice. The pool was warm, although the hot tub was not working. It would be nice to know these things because in the off season, esp in the midwest, these locations are prime pickins becaise of the use of a pool. The toilet ran all night. The staff was friendly, but the night manager shut the slide off when there were kids who just went up to slide. It would have been nice to wait for them to slide down and then shut it off. Breakfast food was all soggy anf been sitting for a while. Good selection though. Iverall not a terri lble stay, but little things could be tweaked to make it 10/10

The sink in our room drained very slowly and should be addressed. Everything else was satisfactory.

The perfect hotel for a family that doesn’t love th downtown chaos. Very clean with a great breakfast and truly some of the nicest staff I’ve encountered. I cannot wait to come back

The pool was great but the got tub was out of order. The breakfast was below average. The beds were comfy, the AC worked great. The staff was extremely friendly, location was nice. A great kids park less than 10 minutes away. Its worth checking out
这是我住过最糟糕的酒店了。房间里有脏毛巾，我打了三次电话才换到新的。我们是晚点入住的，所以计划第二天在水上乐园玩，结果却被告知退房后就必须离开，我女儿只玩了一个小时就被告知必须离开酒店，尽管早上工作人员还告诉我我们可以在这里待一整天。
食物很棒，房间也很好，孩子们很喜欢水上乐园。我和家人以前也住过，每次的客户服务和整体住宿体验都很棒，我给它打10分（满分10分）。
