I booked this room for the pool. It was freezing in the pool area. Half of it was roped off with caution tape. We left after five minutes when my daughter saw two cockroach in the pool.
Hotel just felt dirty. There were holes in the wall of the halway and more stains than after a Diddy party.
We would have left but since we went through *******, it was non refundable so we gutted it out for the night.
Definitely won’t stay there again.

The first room we were in was filthy. There was dried bloody snot on the comforter, the TV didn’t work, there was trash and dust bunnies under the edge of the bed and in the drawers. The phone cord would not stay connected to the phone without holding it in. The pool was filthy with hair and even a bandaid. The hot tub had so much chlorine it made our skin burn. They moved us to another room which was slightly cleaner, but we found a previous guests’ dirty socks under the bed. Overall, the staff was friendly, but the hotel was run down and dirty. We will not be returning.

Staff was excellent. They were courteous and very helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was great. I didn’t give a 5-star because the carpet had ?red? stains, there was a crack in the sink bowl and no access to Netflix/Prime without using my phone’s hotspot. The toilet would spontaneously run throughout our stay, there were no towels in the swimming area but the water temperature in the pool was perfect and my kiddos enjoyed the slides.

Stayed here several times and this was the first time we were a little disappointed. There was a strong smell of bleach in the air which I just thought it was the pool. But my granddaughter came and showed me her swim suit after she got out of the hot tub it was pink but had turned purple. Didn’t think anything of it at first. Later on the staff put a sign up and said it was closed. My granddaughter also said something in the slide was hurting her bottom when she slid down where the lights are in the tunnel. The breakfast was better than it ever had been though. I will still go back because my grands love this place and the price is great.

Hotel is in a great location, lots of things to do nearby. I didn't have any problems with staff and room was clean. It had a mini fridge, microwave, shampoo, bar soap and a blow-dryer. Pool was open but hot tub was closed unfortunately. Breakfast was good, although the English muffins were hard.

Room furniture is very worn and damaged, carpet stains and not very well upkept, we also stayed here in June and had the same experience, we were hoping it was an off experience and this time would be different, house keeping did not come once in our 4 night stay, had to ask for towels 2x. hotel is overrun by “guests” who book 1 room and then bring 5-10 outside guests to the waterpark and unapologetically flush out paying guests. Was told by staff that the pool had no heat because it was a fire hazard to have a heat source in a pool area because of the pumps, our 2 children were chattering from the extreme cold in the pool area. Unfortunately we will not be coming back to stay here on our trips to the KC metro area.
