看，就这个价格来说，它可能比大多数酒店都好。最大的失望是根本没有工作人员。我花了将近一个小时才叫醒一个沉睡中的人（下午 4:30-5:30）给我办理入住。我六点要去某个地方，所以这让我非常沮丧。顺便说一下，按铃完全没用。

除此之外，房间看起来干净又现代化，但暖气根本没用，所以我冻了一整晚。

健身房简直是个笑话。我大部分时间都在试图修理史密斯机上的缆绳，这台机器被硬塞在一个非常小的角落里。然后我做了一些自由重量训练，但我不得不坐着做所有动作，因为我做肩部推举和头顶三头肌伸展时总是碰到天花板。哈哈。

Wait at front desk too forever even after checking in online before hand, beds were very noisy with every single move and very uncomfortable. You can hear ever door and everyone walking through the whole hotel in your room. Door frame didn’t match the door, you can see an half in of light throughout even if you have it shut and “locked”

The quality of air was so bad we had to open up the window, because there was black mold in the hvac system. I'll provide photos. Also glad I was able to walk up stairs, because this building isn't ADA compliant. No wheelchair or elevator access to any of the split level floors. Also the manager yelled at us for using the shower which drained slowly and he accused us of taking a bath, but even if we had there was no way to take a bath, because the drain had no stoppers. Fix your plumbing. The carpet on the stairs hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile and the furniture in our room had food from a previous time before. The breakfast was okay, but wished healthier options were available. The refrigerator wasn't cold and my medication shots needed to be kept at 41° and we had to use ice until the fridge cooled off hours later. Over all the place was priced fair, but the management should fix these issues for future stays.

CONS: showers was small if your bigger than 5' 8" you have to duck to was your hair the light turn iff after so long so if your showing to long the light turn off.

This hotel was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness was a serious issue from the moment I arrived. The first room I was given was so dirty that I had to request a different one. Unfortunately, the second room was just as bad. I have photos showing hair all over the bathroom, stained bedding and towels, and surfaces that clearly had not been cleaned in some time.

Because I was in town for a competition, I didn’t have the ability to leave and find another hotel on short notice. I felt completely trapped into staying. I was told I would receive a refund due to the condition of both rooms, but that refund still has not come through.

The night clerk was the only positive part of my stay. He was kind, respectful, and tried his best to make things right. The daytime staff was the opposite. I was forced to walk around the back of the building in six-inch heels in the rain because they had mopped the lobby. Not exactly welcoming or considerate.

Additional concerns:

• Breakfast items were unusable. All the bananas were brown.

• Hallways and public spaces were not clean.

• The in-room coffee maker produced yellow water.

• The gym had decent equipment but the room was very small.

I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it. A clean room and basic hospitality are the bare minimum, and this hotel failed to meet even that.

The location of thia hotel was great, especially if you are going to a Chiefs game. The staff are extremely friendly. And that.....is it. The room was dirty, bed uncomfortable, the deadbolt wouldnt lock, the door had a gap so big I could fit a finger through it when closed. Parking was extremely limited. And for $120+ for 1 night, it was horrible.
