Good working A/C, fridge in room, my only complaint is that I was staying there while working nightshifts so I put up the door hanger for housekeeping to skip my room but they knocked repeatedly anyway.

Never going back
We tried to check in, but no one was at the desk. We rang the bell many times, and finally had to call to get them to come to the front desk. Then, the room door was faulty; we had to physically push the door into the frame each time we used it. Then, there was zero cleaning for the entire four-day experience: no bed making, no bathroom cleaning, nothing. We only had three pillows on a full-size bed (not the queen they showed in their pictures and description). The pillows were compacted into 1/2 pillow sizes so that they would appear thicker. When we asked for more pillows, they refused us. The bed was like a concrete slab. The air conditioner kept shorting. We had to get up and reset the breaker multiple times per night... Wow. Just Wow. Never going back.

We were let into our room because they were still servicing it. Awful odor, they sprayed it down with who knows what kind of chemical the entire bathroom and carpet right in front of us. Used towels remained in bathroom and empty toilet paper roll with no extra rolls provided. Afraid to touch anything…. Hair dryer broken with exposed wires. Soiled stair ways. Absolutely awful.

I rolled in at 7pm with a reservation and there wasn’t a room ready. The manager on duty completed my check in and then held onto the key while she disappeared for 15 minutes. She was cleaning the room. When I got in there the surfaces were still wet. Clean but a very strange check in.

Couldn’t take a shower no hot water, coffee maker wouldn’t make coffee. Breakfast area rediculous small.

Don’t stay at Baymont.
The check in took 15 minutes with no one else available. The blow dryer plug was broken with exposed circuits. The iron was filthy. There was hair in the tub and an extreme amount of mildew in the shower. Every soap, shampoo or coffee items had different hotel brands on them. Old apples covered in gnats on the check in bar.

From the moment we got in the room we had issues.
From the beginning we had issues, first it smelled in the room, then TV didn't work, telephone to call front desk didn't work, they moved us to another room, the TV would at least turn on but was stuck on their welcome channel, wasn't a battery in remote problem, so first night no tv, get up next morning for breakfast coffee pot is broken, try to use wifi and it was out. I don't think we were being unreasonable by asking to have a TV. These are basic amenities

The establishment should not be renting out rooms at more than $80. Breakfast was over cooked (sausage was burned, and eggs dry), nothing to drink except coffee. I'll never stay there again and won't recommend to anyone.
