The bed was metal and every time i moved it was loud enough to keep me awake. The TV does not have a guide and I was told it was too much money for the company, the tub was so high I had to sit on the side and swing my legs over to get in. The fridge was not cold, the electrical plates were not screwed shut. Breakfast was cereal, muffins and bread

close to interstate, food and a publix, great location. breakfast could be better. pillows a little uncomfortable. we stay here at this location about 4 times a year, decent hotel and a good price.

The breakfast was pretty disappointing. Then the bed….the metal around the base was bumped into too easily and gave a loud sound. Not appreciated during the night. Also, the bed squeaked and creaked. Needless to say, we won’t book at the Red Roof again. On the plus side, the bed was comfy and we didn’t have to sleep in the car.

Too loud and dated
Located right on the freeway but the windows are not insulated and it was super loud and it kept me up at night. No smoker room smelled like it was smoked in and hair dryer was dirty and sticky.
Everything is super outdated and needs at least a "facelift".
Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Pet friendly was main reason for stay. Overall room needed a major update. Staff were friendly. Surrounding area was nice so felt fairly safe.

$100 a night incidentals????
The Room itself was decent enough. The beds were comfortable and clean, the restroom was small and outdated, but overall the room was fine. My issue lies with the many "PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK" signs and the exterior being rather outdated and rundown. The area around the property was nice enough, but you could definitely tell that the shadier things could happen at the location. This is all being said because the booking site had a much nicer presentation. I felt VERY misled by the listing on the booking site. ALSO, there is a $100 incidental authorization that is not listed anywhere when booking.

浴室地板上全是头发。马桶还一直哗哗地响!
浴室马桶后面发霉了。地板很脏。房间紧邻高速公路,所以很吵。由于医疗紧急情况,我不得不提前一天离开,大约下午2:30退房,他们仍然收取了我一晚的费用,包括宠物费,尽管我们早上9:30之后才在房间里,因为“上午11点退房”。真失望。我行动不便,预算有限,所以为一个我没用过的房间支付150美元实在太难受了。
广告里说房间里有咖啡机,但实际上没有。浴室里有锈迹和剥落的天花板。空调噪音很大,而且效果不好。浴室里没有空气流通,也没有风扇。
