Loved this hotel, it was very neat, comfortable and pretty. In a great location. The staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly. Will definitely come back again.

Relaxing & wonderful! Easy walk (with bags!) from the main Richmond train station. Good restaurants nearby, also within easy walking distance. Highly recommended.

不错，但每晚300美元的价格不算便宜。
开始有点坎坷。街道狭窄，代客泊车位空间有限，代客泊车办理入住手续有点慢。不过，服务人员很棒。办理入住手续有点慢，我们前面只有5个人。不过，前台工作人员非常友好。房间干净整洁，我唯一的抱怨是，即使空调调到65华氏度（约17摄氏度），房间里还是有点热，而且温度再低也调不下去了。总的来说，我们的体验非常好。
唯一值得称赞的是员工。床裙上沾着尿渍。我们住在二楼，WiFi一直断线，我们说有两台不同的服务器，但都用不了。早餐简直是笑话。只是星巴克提供的三明治，价格贵得吓人。
优点：位置很棒。酒店很棒。
缺点：代客泊车（没有固定价格），即使要求打扫房间也没有打扫。淋浴水不太热
