Earlier in the day I called and requested a room close to the elevator and was told it would not be a problem. My wife and I are handicapped and struggle with long walks.
The person who checked us in did not care about my request and gave us a room furthest from the elevator.
房间很干净，但是水槽堵塞了，出不来水。没有暖气，而且能明显听到高速公路的噪音。门虽然能关上，但是上下都有很大的缝隙。离圣地亚哥只有20分钟车程，这点很完美，但是提前入住被额外收取了50美元，说实话有点坑。我住过比这贵得多的酒店，也提前入住过，从来没被收过钱。我们从德克萨斯州一路开过来，中途没有休息，到达酒店的第一个地方就是休息，因为我们连续开了22个小时。
我对这家酒店的评价绝对是“一分钱一分货”。我通常会在上床前检查床单，但那天我们太累了，直接就倒头就睡了。第二天早上，我发现床单靠近床头的位置有血迹，就在我孩子脸旁边。她身上没有血迹，这说明床单上沾了血。以后我再也不会不检查床单了。
另外，早餐也令人失望，如果那也能算早餐的话。只有面包、冷冻华夫饼、果汁和一些预包装的肉桂卷。
房间很干净，不像酒店其他地方（比如大堂和电梯）那样显得老旧。价格也很实惠。早餐只有几片面包、需要自己烤的冷冻华夫饼或者冷麦片，有点寒酸。不过我们只住了一晚，考虑到价格和房间的干净程度，如果下次再来这附近，我想我还会选择住这里。
酒店还不错，但街区太糟糕了。我到的时候已经很晚了，发现停车场里有人用低声咒骂的方式试图引起我的注意。更奇怪的是，任何时候都能看到醉汉在酒店门前的街上闲逛。大多数非连锁餐厅都只收现金。看来下次旅行我得换个地方了。
房间干净，床很舒服，员工服务也很棒。我们非常喜欢这里，所以续住了一晚。酒店位置便利，去埃尔卡洪市中心很方便。下次肯定还会选择这里。
对于成本投资来说，酒店满足了我们的需求，
