We decided to make a last minute trip to the La Crosse area. Hotel was in a good location. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were professional and friendly.

Breakfast had both a waffle and a mini pancake maker. It did take a while to cook and refill the eggs tray.
Clean, well-lit room with plenty of closet space and a cushioned bench to sit or lay your 2nd suitcase.
Friendly staff; quick check-in.

I felt safe here, but the floor I was on there were kids running in the hallways making noise after midnight.

I always stay at this property when I’m in the Lacrosse area. The beds are always comfortable and the hot breakfast is fantastic.

Bed was stiff and hard felt like sleeping on concrete, felt like i had a hard lump stabbing my back. Shower water pressure was nothing more than a trickle.
