I always stay at this property when I’m in the Lacrosse area. The beds are always comfortable and the hot breakfast is fantastic.

Bed was stiff and hard felt like sleeping on concrete, felt like i had a hard lump stabbing my back. Shower water pressure was nothing more than a trickle.

Senior Couples Getaway
The room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was well stocked and there were a number of choices to please everyone. One thing is there should be a garbage can by the waffle irons so their dirty cups could be disposed easily. I don't know how the breakfast lady could keep up with everything as there a few groups there. She was not able to take time to welcome people or have short conversations, which is disappointing. Also there was no Sugar Free syrup available for the waffles. I did enjoy the Cinnamon Roll waffles.

While we agree that a trash bin near the waffle station would be convenient, unfortunately the layout of our breakfast area doesn’t allow enough space to place one safely without creating a traffic or spill hazard. That said, we’ll look into better signage or reminders to help guests locate the nearest bin more easily.As for the sugar-free syrup, we've offered it in the past, but it tends to be requested so rarely that the bottles often go unused and are eventually discarded. We’ll continue to evaluate how we can better accommodate specialty requests moving forward.Lastly, I want to give a shout-out to Deb, our breakfast attendant—she truly is a gem on our team. On busy group weekends, she works hard behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly, even if that sometimes limits her ability to engage personally with each guest. Clean and comfortable room. Fridge cool but not cold. Good water pressure. Walls paper thin - hard to sleep when you can hear everything from people walking in the halls to rolling over in bed in the room above. Breakfast was okay but not special. Decent for overnight but definitely not recommended for longer stays.

This is our second time staying for sports tournaments. While pool is a tad small the price is great, has free breakfast and within walking distance to restaurants.
