Our room was clean however there were crayon marks all over the heat/ air conditioner register. Rust stains in the toilet bowl. Light under the microwave was burned out.

Normal Hotel
Normal hotel with typical rooms. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was a little odd with impossible meat in lieu of real bacon and sausage.

Water dripped in the tub and there wasn’t a hot tub but other than that the stay was alright.

I booked & paid for a 2 queen bed and sofa bed room for 5 family members with a disabled person guests. We arrived late due to a long hours drive from Las Vegas. When we arrived we were told that they are fully booked and ******* is a 3rd party reservation and doesn't have any knowledge on their hotel occupancy . They made us wait for 20minutes and give us another address and another hotel with only 2queen beds & 8miles away. We are left with no choice considering it's already passed 12midnight and I am very concerned with my disabled person that needed a bed to sleep. I didn't get any communication from the hotel neither from ******* that when we arrive we don't have the available room that I booked and already paid. PLEASE DONT BOOK ON THIS HOTEL 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
浴室排水不畅，他们没有打扫，也没有换毛巾，他们答应退款，但最后却告诉我，因为我用的是“*******”应用程序预订的，所以退款不了。我非常失望，因为我花了一大笔钱才住进这么好的地方。
我们拿到了一间已经有人住的房间的钥匙。去了前台，感觉就像在撒谎一样。最后我们换了一间新房间，然后不得不把沙发床和沾满黄渍的枕头铺好。
马桶座坏了，淋浴喷头需要除垢或更换。房间很吵（狗叫声不断）。真倒霉，晚上9点半还有七个青少年在走廊里玩耍。
这家酒店外观很棒，但内部却略有不同。我们的浴室里满是蚂蚁！
我对酒店的位置不太满意。
