Our staff informed you of this courteously and helped accommodate you with a same-day booking. The additional charge reflected the current rate for that night, which was different due to availability and demand, not due to any error or arbitrary decision. It was your fault for booking it for the wrong day, stop blaming others for your mistakes.Room Request: While we did not have a first-floor room immediately available, we made extra efforts to rearrange room assignments to meet your request even at the inconvenience of other guests. You got your first floor room as requested.Breakfast & Coffee: Our complimentary breakfast includes a selection of items replenished regularly. We serve Folgers coffee, a well-known brand enjoyed by many of our guests. While taste is subjective, our staff responded to your comment politely and promptly. We’re sorry it didn’t meet your personal preference.Lastly, we were particularly concerned by the tone of your closing remark. As someone who identifies as a Minister, we would hope for a standard of compassion and understanding that aligns with the values of fairness and dignity. Our hotel remains committed to treating all guests with respect, and we expect the same in return.We wish you the best in your future travels.

We noticed the pool was a little cloudy due to too many guests using it at once, and having tons of products like lotion/sunscreen/etc on. I want to respectfully clarify that the description in your review does not reflect the environment or conditions we maintain at our property. All our doors are made of heavy-duty steel, and cannot be kicked down. We have brand new key-card readers with heavy-duty deadlocks attached to them. We also have an extra lock located at the top of every door. NONE of the doors or tv stands are beat to hell. We have a well-lit interior and exterior at our property. We installed new high-definition LED lights in the parking lot giving us one of the brightest, if not brightest, lots in the area. Not sure why you said, "My partner, who is a rather large and muscular man, felt creeped out" has anything to do with this because we have a safe location. My hotel was at FULL CAPACITY all weekend where everyone enjoyed their stay, and left great reviews across many different sites. Have a great day! :)

服务员跟我想象的不太一样。他很有礼貌,但喜欢争论。预订也搞砸了。我因为行动不便,要求订一楼的房间,结果被告知我要的是残疾人专用房,而且预订的是第二天的,还额外收取了39美元。我们去吃早餐时,早餐室几乎没有任何食物,咖啡更是糟糕透顶,服务员得知后几乎不予理睬。作为一名部长,我很难忍住不去理睬。我再说一遍,我再也不会踏进那家酒店的大门了。
最让我吃惊的是,尽管房费已经全款支付,我们还是被要求支付50美元的押金。我们归还钥匙后,房间也还不错,押金就退了回来。我住汽车旅馆从来没用过押金。
入住非常快。由于我行动不便,我要求一间带步入式淋浴的房间。他们打电话告诉我没有了。我住的是一间带淋浴和长凳的无障碍客房(方便我进出)。现在很难找到一间干净舒适的房间,但这间简直太棒了!早餐很棒。工作人员非常友好和专业。我会向所有人推荐这家酒店!
品质酒店的质量参差不齐。这家酒店处于中等偏下水平。外观看起来非常破旧,里面的走廊也一样。泳池颜色很奇怪——看不到底部,而且只有3英尺深。房间看起来比其他地方好。价格也比较低,这是有原因的,所以就价格而言,比预期的要低一些。
我不喜欢花太多钱住酒店。酒店是否干净舒适总是一场**。这家酒店超出了我的预期。它既干净又舒适。早餐免费,令人满意。晚上9点办理入住的工作人员办事迅速又友好。对于我们不到12小时的短暂住宿来说,这笔钱绝对物有所值。
房间里的两把椅子需要更换。软垫椅子的坐垫两侧都有污渍,我坐下时能感觉到弹簧。书桌旁的椅子似乎不太稳。我往后靠时,它会向后倾斜,感觉就像在枢轴上一样。
整栋楼都弥漫着难闻的气味,走廊里阴暗得吓人。感觉就像走进了《美国恐怖故事》的剧集。房间里,电视架破烂不堪,门也像是被人踢开过一样。我们立刻离开了那里,去了另一家酒店。酒店周围的气氛让人感觉危险又不安全。我的伴侣,一个身材魁梧、肌肉发达的男人,也感到毛骨悚然。
基础房,适合商务住宿一晚。此房源略显陈旧,盥洗台与浴缸/淋浴间和卫生间分开。房间内没有USB接口;请自备电源插座适配器。此外,酒店没有电梯。
无论您是想短暂停留还是想去探险世界,阿尔图纳的Quality Inn酒店都是价格适中的好选择。工作人员友好高效。房间里的家具略显老旧,但床铺非常舒适,床罩也换了新的。
