The room was spotless. I enjoyed a restful nights sleep. This hotel is always nice friendly clean everytime i stay!

The room was very clean. I did not feel uncomfortable in the sheets, which is really saying something when compared to other places that I’ve been. Everything was easy to lock and I felt safe. The people who worked there were helpful.

Stayed here for severals days then added 3 days last minute. They let me stay in the same room on short notice. No problems while i stayed there. Very quiet and peaceful rest when i needed it. Housekeeping didnt enter my room bc i ask them not too but still made sure i had clean towels and such. Read all the bad reviews but i have been using Quality Inn with no issues for about a year now. Its always been clean and i have had no issues.

The room was dirty & there were roaches. The sheets did not get changed every day. They just made the beds. Urine stains on the bathroom walls. The only good thing about the room was a decent bed and the A/C was great.

The property was very unkept,it was nothing like they displayed it online, the furniture was old and antiquated, the door inside the room was very dirty,the manager was not very helpful with my complaint, I stated my concerns and it was like they fell on deaf ears.and I was very dissatisfied with the outcome from ******* as well.

由于我丈夫因癌症行动不便，我们订了一间无障碍客房。由于房间内只有浴缸，没有步入式淋浴间，所以不太方便。客房服务很棒，但其他人不太热情。我得说他们是脾气暴躁的格斯。马桶堵塞了，我们不得不自己疏通。电视也出了问题。床不太舒服，空调也不太好用。
我们在短时间内预订了酒店一晚。不幸的是房间真的很脏！当我们换了另一个房间后，我们意识到清洁度并没有起到很大的作用。接待处的年轻女士很努力，但似乎对我们很恼火。空调声音很大。提供早餐。
