I was told i would receive a refund , after seeing roaches crawling i ask for a refund. I have not received that refund. There was also no blanket. And very little tiolet paper. Also no communication from the hotel.

4-6 Nov 2025 - I have stayed at this location several times in the past, but this time there was no chair at the room desk, had to request a chair, the toilet would fill after flushing, but water continued to slowly fill wasting water, the sink had no stopper and I fished a toothpaste cap out of the open drain. Reported to the desk but not fixed in 3 days. The killer was the TV had no remote control in the room because someone had smashed the TV screen throwing something at the screen that cracked it, so it would not turn on. Reported to desk but it was not replaced. This will be the last time I stay there. Oh yeh, upon return from dinner on my second night, there were 2 cop cars in the parking lot investigating a disturbance on the 3rd floor. Recommend not leaving anything valuable in your room or car if you are not present.

Staff was great! Super friendly people. The hotel looks different then it did in pictures, had a really strong smell throughout the entire hotel. Brought back food to our room but the smell was so strong it was hard for us to eat in there.

Leaks were everywhere, carpet in the halls looked like they have not been vacuumed in weeks. Elevator was absolutely disgusting. TV did not work, front desk lady was nice but she could not do anything to help. I checked out as soon as I could get dressed. This place is more like a shelter.

The room was very nasty, the tub was dirty, very dusty, looked like it hasn’t been clean in idk how long. I waited for check in for like 20 mins after arriving with another guest. Looked like the clerk had been in the back sleep because she never heard the phone ringing or answered. I will never ever stay here again! Walking in it stunk really bad and was dirty, if it wasn’t already super late I definitely wouldn’t have stayed and tried to go somewhere else, the only thing that was clean was the bed, tv didn’t work.

Didn’t even bother staying here the second the front desk worker told another guest that both of their house keeping carts had been stolen by other guests.

I didn’t the service was horrible and my room look like it hasn’t been cleaned and the window was broken and I’m trying to leave but no one is at the desk so I can leave and get a refund.

Do not stay!
The service at the front desk is very poor. The room is dirty and falling apart. There are no actual body towels. The bathroom was disgusting. The beds had dirty linens. There were no pillowcases on the bed pillows. The hallway reeked of smells related to smoking in a supposedly non-smoking hotel. The latch was not properly secure. Very unsafe property.

Easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and I stay in a lot in Fort Worth. Filthy bathroom, every area had a stain of some sort. The tv didn’t work. The room was supposed to be a non smoking room but reeked of cigarette. The bed was the cleanest part of the room. The night stands were dirty and one had a small puddle left on it. The staff at check in was kind.
