The room was very nasty, the tub was dirty, very dusty, looked like it hasn’t been clean in idk how long. I waited for check in for like 20 mins after arriving with another guest. Looked like the clerk had been in the back sleep because she never heard the phone ringing or answered. I will never ever stay here again! Walking in it stunk really bad and was dirty, if it wasn’t already super late I definitely wouldn’t have stayed and tried to go somewhere else, the only thing that was clean was the bed, tv didn’t work.

Didn’t even bother staying here the second the front desk worker told another guest that both of their house keeping carts had been stolen by other guests.

I didn’t the service was horrible and my room look like it hasn’t been cleaned and the window was broken and I’m trying to leave but no one is at the desk so I can leave and get a refund.

Do not stay!
The service at the front desk is very poor. The room is dirty and falling apart. There are no actual body towels. The bathroom was disgusting. The beds had dirty linens. There were no pillowcases on the bed pillows. The hallway reeked of smells related to smoking in a supposedly non-smoking hotel. The latch was not properly secure. Very unsafe property.

Easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and I stay in a lot in Fort Worth. Filthy bathroom, every area had a stain of some sort. The tv didn’t work. The room was supposed to be a non smoking room but reeked of cigarette. The bed was the cleanest part of the room. The night stands were dirty and one had a small puddle left on it. The staff at check in was kind.

They were overbooked and gave away our room before we could check in. Slightly sketchy customer base. We found a better hotel over in a tourist area.

The hotel was advertised as having 24/7 front desk. There was no staff there to check us in. There was no answer at the contact number.

The first room I was given, the fridge didn't work and I was told someone was coming to fix it so I went to dinner came back 2hrs later and maintance never came, so now at 930pm the desk is finding me a new room, I go to make sure the air is on and it is not blowing cold (only cool), then I get another room
And that room has no toilet paper, no shower curtain, mold in the ceiling is the bathroom and mold all over the outside fridge
I ask for a blanket and I get handed a crinkle sheet and told that is the blanket.
I had to move all my things by hand as they had only one cart and it was in use....I had a full ice chest and a case of water among my regular luggage

We were told that the rooms that we reserved were not available at this hotel. Even at check in they did not tell us that the rooms we reserved and prepaid for did not exist at the hotel, instead they gave us the room that they had and only when we entered the room did we learn that our reserved and paid for room type was not available.
