The hotel rooms were not cleaned to the level we are accustomed. Spots/grime on floors & debris in bathrooms. Also fridge was not wiped clean with stems from fruit from previous guests. Carpets in hallways were not vacuumed.
We stayed one night because we got in late. Switched to another hotel for the next nights stay.
Staff was nice & understanding.

It is very comfortable and the staff are excellent. It is far enough away from traffic to keep noise to a minimum, while still convenient to Rome. Highly recommend.

My sisters and I stayed here for a concert. We arrived in time to change and leave for the concert. We arrived back and tried to shower, NO hot water! Got up Fri, tried to eat breakfast; they were out of hot food with an hour left to eat. Went back to room and surprise, NO hot water still. Mgr did say they had hot water from 5-6am, they have been having problems with hot water heater for 2 days. They should have told everyone. So, we had no shower to drive back to Florida. ******* asked mgr for a discount for these issues and he admitted to them but declined to issue any credit. The staff was nice and room clean but due to these issues, I woulda’t recommend this place to anyone. They should take ownership of their problems!

The breakfast was good and the staff in the AM were nice and helpful.
What I didn't like: we pre-checked in online and then when we got there, my Mom had to fill out 4 pages of check in paperwork. The staff at the front desk at 9:00 pm was not helpful at all with our question. The beds were noisy when you sat on them and when I turned in the night. The day we left, we needed ice and the room were the ice machine was had a large spider web in the corner and then the door wouldn't close, so we left it.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. When we got in the room, we checked the beds. The linens looked clean although they had washed in stains. The rest of the room was so dirty. The floor was full of hair, dust and stains. There were stains on the walls and the toilet. Thankfully I travel with Clorox wipes and wiped everything down. We put up with the room as it was a short trip and did not want the hassle of moving hotels.
It really looks like they just change the bedding between guests and that’s it.
Also they have an air freshener unit constantly on in the lobby which is also where breakfast is served. It smelt like urinal cakes and it seems like they are trying to cover up other smells.
Also the hotel is up a very steep hill and if you have a low car, prepare for scrapes.

Our stay was enjoyable. Staff was friendly and rooms were better than expected. My family of 5 stayed in a 2 queen suite with a pull our sofa. We didnt feel cramped at all! Pool was great after a day in the Atlanta heat! Breakfast option was great however could use some more variety/options and someone tending it. Overall great experience!

This hotel was in such bad condition and the cleanliness was awful! Floors in the room had dirt and stains. The bedspreads and pillowcases were stained on “clean” beds and after trying two different rooms that were both dirty, the third room they yeah tried to put me in had a broken toilet seat that was sitting on the back of the tank. I left the property never having had checked in after a complete nightmare…and after 8.5 hours on the road, I had to take my chances finding lodging elsewhere without a reservation.
