Rented the most expensive suite and was greatly disappointed.
The light in my room was flickering the entire time. It was so bothersome that I had to turn the lights completely off. This is not what I expected for the price I paid.
Also, I requested room service and they didn’t show up. I left my room so they could come clean and ended up burning my time. I had to call the front desk 3 times for this reminder.
Lastly, the front desk said they notated my account for a later check out and completely dropped the ball on this. The staff member the next morning didn’t see the note so checked me out early.
I expect much more from Marriot being a Bonvoy member of many years.

酒店很干净，还提供免费停车。房间宽敞，有大泳池和水疗中心。早餐需额外付费。
房间干净卫生，酒店位置不错，服务热情周到
我们去特洛克参加青少年垒球巡回赛。队里的几个家庭都住在这里。酒店非常干净，员工热情友好。酒店位置便利，距离公园不到5分钟路程。附近有很多商店、餐厅和一家Safeway超市。早餐选择丰富，包括热华夫饼、鸡蛋和香肠。孩子们也很喜欢游泳池。一定会再次入住这里。

欧陆式早餐很棒，房间大小/条件都很棒，价格也合适。但是，我们一家五口，只收到了两条毛巾。每次我们要求多送毛巾时，每天也只收到两条。而且，我们总是得去大堂取毛巾。在我们入住的三晚里，客房服务从未打扫过房间，尽管我们要求过。最后，我们最初的房间里有虫子。说实话，即使有这么多不便，我仍然认为这可能是特洛克地区最好的选择。
睡不着，和妻子、孩子一起度过了一夜，周围太吵了，人们制造了太多的噪音，最后终于可以睡着一点了，酒店的火警响了

我从太浩湖返回洛杉矶的途中在这里住了一晚。设施和早餐都足够好，Wi-Fi 连接也很好。它离高速公路很近，很方便，我可以回家。
