酒店回复: I'm sorry you had an issue with your room. We are 100% Smoke Free and any guest found to be smoking in a guest room will be charged $150 and a lifetime ban. In order to change rooms in this case, it would have required you to present at the Front Desk with your ID. It seems this was not explained to you, and I sincerely apologize for this miscommunication. As stated, we cannot alter or adjust 3rd party reservations as these are locked into the system once booked.
酒店回复: I'm surprised by your comments since we work hard to keep our property clean. We also have parking passes so any 'broken down cars' would be towed. With that said, I wonder if you left your review for the wrong location?

枕套上有血迹，床垫支撑架上有死虫子。房间灰尘很多，感觉很久没打扫了。上次我住的时候，床单上也有一处血迹。欧陆式早餐糟透了。面包又干又硬，边角都卷起来了。我以后再也不会来了。我之前住过好几次了。哦，对了，我是提前付的款，他们根本没提要50美元的押金，而且到现在还没退。咖啡里有咖啡渣，我不得不去隔壁花2美元买了一杯咖啡……没人道歉。一星差评。
工作人员很棒。我住的房间闻起来像是有人在里面吸烟，虽然房间标明是无烟的。于是他带我去了另外三个房间，有些房间的气味更浓。我要求退款，他很快就帮我们退款了。不过我不会住在那里，也不会推荐任何人住在那里。
我本想订一间免费吸烟房，结果房间一股臭味，因为我们入住的时候，我打电话给前台，他们说会换房间，但从来没有换过房间，我要求退款，他们说不行，因为我是通过*******预订的，所以我别无选择，只能住在这里，而且整整三天，房间里都弥漫着一股难闻的****味，我带着孩子，而且凌晨 3 点左右有人敲我的门
我们不会再住这家酒店了，因为酒店看起来很脏，更不用说酒店里或周围的一些人看起来也不值得信任。酒店后面停着几辆坏掉的车，这到底是怎么回事？我之前相信了*******的评论，结果损失了135美元。希望你把这个贴出来让其他人也看到。
1- 位置靠近主干道，非常非常吵。
2- 空调机组（AHU）每5分钟就会启动一次，噪音很大。我注意到这个问题是在晚上11点之后，当时我清空了床头柜，准备睡觉。
3- 马桶冲了一次水就漏水。
我太累了，没法通知前台，所以晚上睡得很糟糕，决定搬走。早上，
