We were given keys to a room when we arrived (around 6:15pm) and opened the door to find it unserviced and not ready.
When reassigned a room, the toilet would run on evry 10 minutes or so.
On the plus side, the restaurant was very good.

This property was fantastic. The staff was very very nice. The food from the bar was phenomenal. The showers were phenomenal. The rooms were clean beautiful place.

Everything about this Westin was wonderful from the check in staff, lobby, room and restaurant.
预订了两间大床房，结果给了我一间特大床房，然后告诉我酒店超额预订了。而且床单可能没洗过，枕套上有股女士香水味。
午夜时分抵达，在已经付款并预订房间后，前台工作人员不知道如何使用信用卡机。使用没有密码的公司信用卡，员工说我们必须使用借记卡。以前从未发生过这种情况。当我刷卡时，需要输入密码。
退房时，那位女士很粗鲁，没有按照要求给我打印的收据，因为她告诉我我不需要它。
