The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and enjoyable! The restaurant staff (especially the manager on duty) and the Club Room staff (Ms. Trice) made our anniversary stay extra special!

Room was very spacious and modern. Love the location of the facility; not too far away from stores. Couch and bed were extremely cozy. Bathroom was huge. Waterfall shower was very relaxing. Highly recommend.

We were given keys to a room when we arrived (around 6:15pm) and opened the door to find it unserviced and not ready.
When reassigned a room, the toilet would run on evry 10 minutes or so.
入住流程需要改进。为什么发邮件告诉客人可以提前入住，结果到了之后却发现没有空房了？
预订了两间大床房，结果给了我一间特大床房，然后告诉我酒店超额预订了。而且床单可能没洗过，枕套上有股女士香水味。
总体来说很不错A
