Very clean room, friendly staff, convenient to jump on highway. For the price, it exceeded my expectations! Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in KC.

Upon arrival I felt I was in an unsafe area since the front desk was behind plexiglass. Arrived around 9pm and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to return to the front desk to check me in. The floor I was staying on smelled pretty bad with someone’s cooking. My room had a chipped tile that I kept snagging my sock on. The toilet ran until I jiggled the handle enough times to get it to stop. When I went to check out, the person behind the front desk just stared at me without saying a word. Not a great experience.

It was a nice average budget hotel; it was clean and respectable. The biggest concern was that the walls had no soundproofing, and we could easily hear our neighbors talking.

This is a longterm stay hotel that is not advertised. Nothing is offered, but some coffee. No food, pool, hot tub, and the internet is streeful, very spotty. Clean enough, but you have to drive a ways for any food.

Weird location, weird smells in hallway coming from large communal garbage can - reminding me of a diaper genie with heavy perfumed air freshener that didn’t entirely mask it. Posing as an extended stay with full kitchen but not a single utensil or dish or pan. TV was impossible and restrictive — so old that it can’t even play Netflix because the internal drive is not large enough. Iron and ironing board but no blow drier (?). Unexpectedly less than basic. Just kinda depressing overall.
