If you need somewhere to shower and sleep I would suggest this place. Other than that the rooms aren’t cleaned well. Housekeeping does a poor job. They don’t sweep and mop the hardwood floors. They don’t clean the walls, countertops and tables thoroughly. And some of the rooms do have roaches. It’s better to inspect the room first. You won’t find anywhere else to cheaper to stay for $45-$50 a night. Housekeeping gets a “F” rating because rooms could be alot cleaner if they had the right people in supervision. It doesn’t matter how cheap the prices are, the rooms should be in pristine clean condition.

Playing whack-a-mole with the bugs was somewhat therapeutic, but I would have preferred a bug-free room. Also, there was no hot water in the sink and two lights were out. The heat was nice and the tv was great. I shouldn't complain because the price was right, but there is work to be done to get things up to a good level. I will be back in the area next year. I'll seriously consider trying things again.

Room smelled horrible and musty, the desk next to bed had a cup water mark like it was not cleaned. Ac was not strong.

1. Cockroaches, 2 in toilet 2 on table.
2. No heat 50 ° raining windy
3. Latch side of door,no weather stripping, cold air blowing in all night
4. Floor was very dirty,shoes stuck to the floor,( have pic of towel I used to see how dirty it was
5. Mattress was like sleeping on a rock, very uncomfortable
6. Dirty walls in bathroom and bedside, they haven't been cleaned in a long time it was disgusting.( Have pics)
7. Light did not work above vanity, only had shower light. No I would not recommend this place to stay, owner takes no pride on how it looks. Vehicle parking is taken by people living there , you need walk to room and you can't see your vehicle. This place is terrible!!!!

Paid for two rooms for 4 people. Easy checkin, lots of lighting, right on I-35. Bad news: our friends taking the other room called to say there were flying bugs in their room, and they were moving to the Quality Inn next door on their dime. We did not inspect, but to Managament's credit, they did not put up a fight, and immediately credited my CC.
We saw no bugs in our room. Bed was OK for what we paid for it. My son skipped his shower because it was a little funky like one would expect for a $55 plus tax room.
On a budget? Not too bad for the price - acceptable. Picky? This is not the place for you.

客服服务还行，不过我发现泳池执照2021年就过期了。地板很黏，床单上有血迹，而且床架比床垫大，搞得我们老是撞到小腿。
我住得很愉快，房间很干净，而且非常安静。
性价比高/划算，经济实惠。
没有空调。
没有暖气。没有纱窗，窗户打不开。
