There was black mold in the vents and found a bug. We didn’t end up staying . We left and went to another hotel. Didn’t get refunded.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly but did see any service staff. Room had microwave and small refrigerator with other amenities good. Shower pressure was low with hot/cold a little sensitive. We did have to shut HVAC off as temp control at 72 deg kept room at 65 deg.

Did not feel safe at all. Could see daylight around the doorframe when it was shut and dead bolted and had the safety chain. Lots of small holes in walls from previous wall hangings. Vents were super dirty. Remote didn’t work for tv. Lots of noise through the night from other guests. Lots of parking lot noise. Lots of people wandering outside. Was super glad when morning arrived so we could go on our way.

客服服务还行，不过我发现泳池执照2021年就过期了。地板很黏，床单上有血迹，而且床架比床垫大，搞得我们老是撞到小腿。
我住得很愉快，房间很干净，而且非常安静。
